Hey guys it #EvaTessyscake my mother's handwork yes guys my mother can bake she started it by baking for her Five lovely kids including me😊, on our birthday my mother will struggle so hard to bake a very delicious n beautiful cake for us even if we didn't celebrate it my mother will want to bake a Cake for each 1 of us on our birthday. We all watched how she struggle and same time Motivated Concentrated n how Determined she was n still is. Are you surviving or thriving?
Some individuals suffer with crippling conditions like depression and anxiety that can, and unfortunately do, reduce a person’s quality of life. On the diagram above, depression or anxiety would be assigned a numerical value of below zero.
Other individuals are lucky enough to feel an overall sense of happiness and contentment. As you can see from the diagram, those who feel they are thriving at the upper most level would be assigned a numerical value of +5.
Importantly, a lot of people are not depressed or anxious, but that doesn’t make them happy. In other words, a lack of sadness does not equate to happiness.
So many people live their lives around the 0 value - not depressed, nor truly happy. They often describe a feeling of incompleteness or say things like. “I don’t know what’s wrong with me... I just feel like something is missing”. In exercise psychology, our primary aim is to enhance wellbeing. We often work with people who feel stuck around the ‘zero’ to help shift them towards a more positive mindset.
Take home message: you don’t need to suffer from a mental health disorder to work on your mental health. DM for more.

우리가 상황이나 사람에 대해 부정적인 인식을 갖고 있으면, 부정적인 면만 보이고, 긍정적인 마음으로 바라보면 좋게만 보이잖아요. 어느 날이 좋은 날에 늘 밟고 지나치던 잡초를 쭈구려 앉아서 바라보니, 햇살을 받은 그 모습이 너무 아름다워 보이는 게 아니겠어요? 감탄하며 사진을 찍고, 다시 길을 나선 후에 돌아보는데 햇살을 받지 않는 반대쪽에서 보니 무척 어둡게 보이더라고요. 잡초도 관점에 따라 이렇게나 달라 보이는데, 하물며 인생이나 사람, 관계, 상황들은 나의 관점에 따라 얼마나 다르게 느껴지는 걸까… 하고 다시 한 번 관점에 대해 생각해보게 된 순간이었어요 :)
There are two things I’d like to cover in this post.
This weekend was amazing. My favorite person @brodie_big and my amazing girlfrannnnn @from.irene_ brighten up my life in their own special ways treating me like their numbah 1 boo thang 😏😏 I just feel so grateful to have these two in my life. I’m not gonna say more about this except my heart adores them more than anything ♥️♥️
NEVER EVER experiment with makeup when you’re short on time, especially if you’ve always been lazy like me. As many of you know from my stories from earlier this week, I messed up my eyeliner big time while getting ready for work. Unfortunately, the next day, I still hadn’t learned from my mistakes. My dark circles were acting up and I thought I’d give the red-lipstick-underneath-eyes-followed-by-concealer trend a try. Boy oh boy was I wrong. I had to leave my house with an eye patch similar to that of Batman’s, but in pink.
So the second picture kinddddd of shows the pink patch, but my camera wasn’t too successful in capturing what I was seeing under natural light haha. .
Anyway, hope y’all had an amazing weekend with amazing people like I did. 🤠🤠
