Oggi voglio la vostra opinione sui preparati per dolci o gelati e sui prodotti già pronti come snack e barrette 🍭 Ma prima vi dirò la mia: secondo me non c’è nulla di più bello del prepararsi la merenda da zero, ingrediente dopo ingrediente, ma prima o poi capita di non avere tempo o anche voglia di cucinare🤷🏻‍♀️ Io personalmente utilizzo questi prodotti soprattutto quando sono in viaggio perché mi permettono di avere a portata di mano uno spuntino sano e completo 🍏 Per questo motivo adoro il porridge proteico della Foodspring, che ormai vedete nelle mie storie da tempo, perché continuo ad acquistarlo di volta in volta ma soprattutto, perché per l’uso che ne faccio, mi dura anche 3 mesi! #recipe :
*mix 1 cup oats with 2 cups of hazelnut milk and let sit for about 15 minutes
* add one smashed ripe banana and one tbsp of your favorite vegan hazelnut-nougat cream as well as some chopped hazelnuts and cook slowly on medium heat until it’s a creamy texture * let cool down a couple of minutes before you put into your bowl and decorate as you like (I choose banana, figs and cacao nibs)

The base is the usual suspects; organic jumbo oats, cinamon, sea salt, ground flax and chia, then some additional turmeric and cheeky grated courgette, or zoats known on the gram- 'zucchini oats'. (Us oat geeks just love a pun don't we!) Getting your veggies in and they add a nice bite, as well as bulking it out a bit when you're feeling rather peckish. Topped with fresh fig, apricot's, sticky ginger, walnuts, pumpkin + sunflower seeds, and a drizzle of date syrup. Heaps of iron, vitamins, minerals, calcium and zinc.. so all that good stuff 😄

Guten Morgen ihr Lieben! Heute starte ich mal wieder mit Porridge in den Tag! 😄 Habe es mal wieder mit frischem Apfel, Zimt und Mandelstückchen zubereitet. 😉 Dazu gibt es Heidelbeeren, Weinbergpfirsich und ein paar Kokoschips. 😄

Ich schreib euch mal das Rezept für mein Porridge auf. Vielleicht will es ja jemand nachkochen. -120 g Apfel
- 50 g blütenzarte Haferflocken
- 50 ml Milch o.ä. Flüssigkeit
- 10 g gehackte Mandeln
- etwas Wasser
- Zimt
-> Den Apfel klein schneiden, würfeln und mit etwas Wasser und Zimt im Topf dünsten. Haferflocken und Milch dazu geben und aufkochen lassen. Mandeln dazu geben und bis zur gewünschten Konsistenz köcheln lassen, evtl. mit Wasser verdünnen. Obst und Toppings nach Wunsch dazu und los spachteln. 😅

Colazione nella coconut bowl 🥥 con porridge fatto con fiocchi d'avena neutri 🌽 e farina di riso , aromatizzato con aroma 0 kcal alla vaniglia @prozisitalia (Ma quanto è buono ! 🤤) , topping con pistacchi , crema nutchoc 🍫 proteica e due biscotti 🍪 (mi sto concendendo qualcosa di meno sano prima di iniziare il nuovo programma 💪) .

Bahannye;
• 1/2 ltr beras
• 1/4 buah labu kuning potong kotak
• 2 bh ubi potong kotak
• 1 bh jagung manis dipipil
• 2 btg sereh geprek
• 3 lbr daun salam
• 1 cm jahe geprek
• 2 siung bawang putih geprek
• daun kangkung
• daun ubi
• daun bayam
• daun kemangi
• kacang panjang
• 1 lbr daun bawang potong2 1 cm
• jeruk songkit/pontianak
• 2 sdm garam
• 1 sdm gula
• 1/2 sdt lada
• 1 1/2 ltr air
• 1/2 sdt kaldu jamur
• 1 sdm minyak sayur

Bahan sambal ikan asin:
• Ikan asin gabus
• 5 bh cabe merah keriting
• 2 bh cabe rawit merah
• 2 siung bawang merah
• 1 siung bawang putih
• haluskan semua bahan
• garam, gula secukupnya
• sedikit air

Cara masak bubur:
• Rebus air, masukan beras sambil aduk2 sebentar
• Masukan labu kuning, ubi, jagung
• sambil menunggu rebusan bubur, tumis minyak sayur, masukan bawang putih, sereh, daun bawang, tumis sebentar sampai harum lalu tuang ke dalam rebusan bubur
• Tambahkan kacang panjang sambil terus aduk bubur dan tekan2 labu dan ubi supaya agak hancur

As a porridge lover living in the tropics it's very rare you fancy something hot and steamy in the morning (or maybe you do lolz) , so ONO is a terrific (does anyone say that anymore? 😂) alternative. Along with the oats you can bung in whatever you like - any variety of milk or yogurt, nuts, seeds, frozen or fresh fruit , spices... IT'S ALL GOOD ! I've recently taken to adding frozen cranberries which incidentally have a ton of vit c as well as helping improve gut, brain and urinary tract health - not really what you want to think about during breakfast but hey, good to know! Saya hanya merogoh kocek 11 ribu, untuk nasi rames telur dan teh panas. Siangnya saya mencicip bubur lhas di Pajimatan Imogiri, persis di bawah bukit Makam Raja Imogiri. Jenang lemu, begitu orang-orang menamai bubur ini, karena lauk dan sayur persis sama dengan yang disajikan pada acara syukuran kelahiran anak di masyarakat Jawa. Di sini, minuman khas Wedang Uwuh menjadi pelengkap rasa. Mau coba, luangkan waktu di hari Minggu pagi, mencicipi kuliner Imogiri yang cleguk tiada tara ini..
