Infatti per stamattina mi sono preparata la mia amata #BOWL di #ALBUMINO 🍳 e YOGURT🍦al gusto #COOKIES 🍪 (con le Yummy Drops di @prozisitalia), a cui ho poi aggiunto il restante YOGURT GRECO🍦, FRUTTI di BOSCO 🍓, cremina al CACAO 🍫, PLASMON 🍪 e poi il vero protagonista, cioè il CIOCCOLATO FONDENTE 🍫con CARAMELLO e SALE della @lindtitalia @lindt_chocolate 🤩🍫, che avevo finito ma che stamattina ho trovato sul tavolo ad aspettarmi (ben 2 tavolette 🤩❣️)

Purple porridge for the win😛😛we had no fresh fruit left this morning (my fault🙊) so I used a cup of frozen blueberries in my porridge as well as a dash of @myproteinuk s/f maple syrup, which I then topped with @twobirdscereals super seeds, a sprinkle of @crazyjackorganic coconut and @pipandnut crunchy maple peanut butter😍 I’ve been thinking a lot about making mistakes this week after talking about perfectionism with my therapist on Monday. We are tuned to believe that mistakes are wrong, slipping up is bad and that we should always strive for perfection. But what happened when we do slip up? When we make a mistake or have an off day? In reality, nothing drastic happens unless you let that mistake affect you. We fear the worst will come from our mistakes when really, what we learn from them is invaluable. Having a blip in recovery is normal, recovery isn’t linear, and every time you pick yourself back up and try again you are beating your eating disorder. If you let that mistake/blip effect you and beat yourself up about it, it is far more likely to brew into something bigger. It is okay to slip up, as long as you make a pact to always stand back up again. Sorry for the ranting but I feel this may help some people 💕 have a beautiful day everyone💖

So although I’ve been through a lot lately, it’s never too late to start again. I’ve been symptomatic, restricting, purging, binging... I’ve gain so much weight because of it, and I’ve been really suicidal. But I went through the day just breathing and waiting for the peace to come again, and although a big part of me is shouting so loud in my head and telling me how fat I am, that I don’t deserve food, that nobody will love me if I’m not skinny... there’s a small but strong part of me which is so tired and exhausted by everything, which just wanna keep trying to survive and which is starving and sic; So this is how my new attempt of recovery starts: with #porridge

Hoy por primera vez lo hago con una bebida vegetal hecha en casa que nunca había probado. Gracias a la idea de @kalequedale me atreví a darle trabajo a mi @chufamix con los pistachos y tengo que decir que está espectacular 😋
Mezclé bebida de pistacho con 5 frambuesas y procesé todo. Luego lo puse al fuego con los copos de avena , canela y dos cucharadas de coco rallado. 
Toda la noche reposando en la nevera y hoy más frambuesas y Arándanos de Topping 😋.

職場の人が風邪ひきで休みのため、代理でいつもとはまったく違うポジションをやることに。
いつも立ち仕事とは言えど、朝のウォーキング20分足しても夜帰宅する直前くらいにようやく10,000歩に達するのだけど、今日はもうこの時点であと少し!
このポジションどんどん動かなきゃいけないから、自然に運動になっていいな〜、楽しいしー。
なんて思っちゃうけど、やっぱり疲れるので休憩中の眠気がいつも以上😅
そして地味に一昨日の筋肉痛が効いている。

I’m currently experiencing my first cold in over 8 years (yes, really!) and I have to say it has not been fun! I have now completely the lost ability to breathe/smell through my nose, it feels like someone has attacked my throat with a cheese grater and due to my excessive Kleenex usage I am now resembling rudolf (one could say I’m just getting into the festive spirit!). Anyway, I now utterly sympathise with those poor buggers who get colds regularly- they suck! I’ve been eating a tonne of immunity boosting foods and comfort foods to help me feel a bit better including this delicious bowl of porridge 😋 with alllllll the toppings including @urbanfruituk strawbs and coconut chips, banana coins, fresh figs, pomegranate seeds, berries and bee pollen. Apologies for the poor picture quality again- damn, dark winter mornings!

Para hacer la crema de almendras sólo necesitas un ingrediente: almendras. Basta con tostar las almendras crudas en el horno hasta que estén doraditas y dejarlas enfriar (o bien comprarlas ya tostadas sin sal) y después batirlas en la thermomix u otro procesador a velocidad alta-máxima durante unos 7-10 minutos hasta que las propias almendras suelten su aceite y quede cremosa. 100% almendras, 100% delicia✨.

Apple pie oats Recipe 
1/2 cup oats
20g raisins 
1/2 cup freshly boiled water
3/4 cup plant milk (i used almond)
1 tsp almond butter (use more to taste)
1/2 tsp vanilla essence 
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
One apple, diced
In a small pan combine oats, raisins and boiled water. Soak for 10 minutes. This makes the cooking time shorter and allows the raisins to break. Then, add the rest of the ingredients (leaving out half the apple) and bring to a boil. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Allow to cool before serving (it will thicken and become sticky). Top with remaining apple, a few raisins and a sprinkle of cinnamon 🍏

Ingredients: ● 40g oats @flahavansuk ● 250ml oat or almond milk @rebel_kitchen ● 1 tbsp maple syrup @indigo_herbs ● 1 tsp mixed spice ● 1 capsule @togetherhealth Stress Aid ● 1 pear, chopped ● 3 tbsp Mixed Dried Fruit @whitworthsuk

Decorate with: ● Pecans ● Cranberry powder ● Dried orange slices @nimsfruitcrisps .

1) Place all of the porridge ingredients in a pan and simmer for 5 minutes until thick and
