QUESTION from @jenhayes78; With your restaurant expertise, I was hoping you could help with granite vs quartz question. We are building out our garage as a pool house. We plan to have a bar/counter space that is both indoor and out (slightly protected by a roof overhang). We are on the Cape here in MA so you know the NE weather we are up against. What stone do you suggest? Also, I am leaning toward lighter white with gray marble look (but way more casual). Thanks in advance! Love your style!
ANSWER: I would absolutely say go quartzite! A synthetic stone is going to be more durable with the highs and lows of this crazy New England weather. A few lines to look at are at @elmntsurfaces and @caesarstoneus. You’ll find that beautiful marble look that looks just like the real thing! .
The flowers behind me are dying someone give them a sip of water asap 💦 also I’m obsessed over this new top, I’m as happy as can be and a proud-lil-top-mama, so can’t relate to the flowers, we’re living different lives 🤪 don’t worry, I can’t make sense of myself either 😂🤷🏼♀️
