Sometimes, while I work in my garden, I like to escape into the little world that exists within it. My favorite little inhabitants to watch are the pollinators. Their hard work inspires me, because of it gardens thrive and food is able to grow. This picture was taken from the top of a parsley plant. I had never seen these tiny kind of bee looking insects before, will be doing some research to find out what they are and their purpose. #gardening#polinators#garden#country#countrylife#savethepolinators
This is Nemo, he hatched with a bum wing and leg but I just found him still hanging out even through 2 rain storms. He won't make it to Mexico this year but that's okay. Everyone deserves a shot to hang out! #savethemonarchs#gardening#butterflies#polinators
Pretty random find on the weekend. Wasn’t really sure what I saw but turned out to bee pretty neat. Look close this is what 10 pounds of honey bees looks like. Thanks to my neighbours Peter and tommy dufton for coming to get these guys. Best part they now live on one of my farms now. #10lbsofbees#neatfind#bees#honeybees#polinators#honeymakers#roadfind #
Ok my bug experts, this pollinator loved my rose of Sharon, but it flew so quickly that I had a difficult time getting a clear photo of it. Does anyone know what it is? Local PNW bee, perhaps?
