Day 15 of 21 - Plyo. A few weeks ago my friend asked to borrow some workout DVDs and tonight she sent me a text saying she tried her first workout today and just how...AWFUL it was. Lol. She said she couldn’t keep her balance and ‘there was so much jumping’! I know how she feels... I was there just a couple of weeks ago, and it is surprising to me just how much of a difference a couple of weeks has made for me. I can’t wait to see how she feels two weeks from now too. She is doing the same program as me, so as I finish my last week, I get to encourage her though her first week. Decided to start up this page again! I have been working out pretty consistently since summer started (minus the first week we got our new puppy ☺️🐶) and I’m feeling awesome! This was me after #plyofixextreme this morning. 👊🏼
Day 1 of 21 day fix extreme. Man was it extreme!!! I LOVE it!!!! I’m so excited to have purchased Beachbody on Demand. I’m not a coach, nor do I want to be. Im using these workouts because i love them and i have seen results!! I’m doing this for ME!! I started this instagram for ME!! If I happen to inspire someone along the way then great!! Yes, I took a few days off while we went camping 🏕🚣♀️ and that's okay! We did kayak two days, all day.
But now it's time to get back on track and work off the beer 🍺🍺🍺 and Smores... had to have the Smores it's a once a year thing 😋😊 Also carrots, tomatoes, zucchini and yellow squash all do great in a cooler while camping!
After two weeks of traveling it feels good to get back I to my routine and my little living room workout space. I decided to start 21 Day Fix Extreme again, so today was plyo. I had forgotten how hard this workout was, but I can also tell how much stronger I am now than I was a few months ago 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 and it felt good to use weights again 🏋🏼♀️
.The next five weeks are intense and busy for me at work, but I’m committing right here to working out consistently through it all—even though it will mean extra early mornings!
Day 8... Plyo Fix Extreme done early today... I woke up feeling tired and not ready to start the week but I feel better after my workout and hoping for a good Monday at work and a productive rest of the week. #PlyoFixExtreme#21DayFixExtreme#21DFX
