Human says he didn't get so much mail in his whole life like me in one year😄😄
This is a throwback! Everyone, meet Saxby! We first saw him in February 2016. He was hanging in a very tall tree in downtown Philly - it looked like he was tied to a balloon that got caught in the branches! He was a few blocks from our home, so we saw him every day and felt terribly for him. We assumed he wouldn't last a month. But, he did...He hung up there for twelve months!! After a full year of seeing the poor guy dangling in rain, sleet and snow, my fiance decided to rescue him. So in the dead of night, with the assistance of two broomsticks, a box cutter and duct tape, he freed the little trooper!
Obviously, after a year of braving the elements, he needed some intensive care. But we were shocked to see how clean and white the pup was underneath all that grime! He got new stuffing and a bellyfull of polyfill beans. He was then named after the coffee shop right across from "his" tree ☕🎈☕ So that's the story of our Saxby, our intrepid little explorer!!😄😄😄
*Groombridge Place - Pt1*
“It’s not very often we get clear blues skies and warm sunny days in the middle of October so Mum & Dad thought it’d be a great day to take me to The Enchanted Forest at Groombridge Place! I took lots of photos and here’s the first 10 swiperooney pics I took! Note it says no dogs allowed but nothing about Dog Foxes 😂🦊😂 I’m not sure who’s bone this is in pic 3 but I wouldn’t want to meet the size of the dog it belongs to!!! 😳 Pic 4 was to highlight the dangers of deep water and this beautiful dainty pink flower joined in! Pretty huh? 🌸 5&6 Tunnels are meant to be climbed over and not gone through & what is the point of a roof if you can’t climb on it! 😂 7) We prepared ourselves and it was a looonnnggg uphill climb and we didn’t see any wicked webs 🕸 that were suggested in 8!!! Then we stopped for lunch - Cheese & Onion Rolls and a large bag of Wotsits!!! There’s more to share another time but I’ve had an amazing day out and look forward to sharing more of today’s photos soon...!” ~ Woody 🌳🌲💖🦊💖🌲🌳
