BREAKING NEWS! Wilfried Zaha has signed a new contract extension with Crystal Palace until 2023! This is very big news for Palace and their fans, as in the summer it looked like he was going elsewhere. So even if Palace do sell him he will go for double what they would of got for him before because of how long is on his contact. What do you guys think of this?

Town lose 4-2 on pens.
Paul Hurst hasn’t managed to win a competitive game yet with town. Like all games in this 4-2-3-1 formation, the striker has been isolated. Either go back to the 4-3-3 like we were against Blackburn and have the wingers cut inside and get in behind alongside the striker or have a 2 striker formation. The striker always seems to be isolated which is effecting their performance. We are lacking goals and fans are already lacking confidence in this new season. The players performances like Knudsen have been questionable and needs improving. But undoubtedly, our signings have been very average, getting no players proven from the championship even though we’ve spent more money than we did in any summer under Mick McCarthy.
Is this fault Marcus Evans for not giving enough funds as he refused for us to sign Josh Windass till Joe Garner was sold, which then he had already moved to Wigan? Or is it Hurst’s fault for his experienced lower league football and bringing them all to a higher division?
What’s all your opinions of the signings, tactics/formations, owner and manager?
