Philodendron pink princess doing the caterpillar (pic 3.) Always excited to find out if the leaf will have more pink variegation. This one doesn't have much but she is still young. She has been outside for a year and half but I am really worried about the cold this winter so have brought her inside. I also hope her leaves will take on a more green shade rather than the current dull bronze/green. While she has continually popped out one leaf after another they always end up looking not quite healthy but I think that is a humidity issue (lack of). Perth is very dry even with the rains in winter. We get hydrophobic soils here too which means the ground repels water and just sits on top, its pretty incredible to see. We have a lot of rain coming in from tomorrow so I am rushing around trying to empty my already full pool and and bring all water/cold sensitive plants inside. Somehow I have managed to collect a lot of succulents/cacti oops!
