I mean those emotions are there for a reason, you still need to feel them but I like to feel them at a time of stillness and meditation so I don’t harm myself/those around me. Sometimes you just need to yell or get mad and let something out that’s ok, just don’t live in those emotions. - set your oven to 400*
- thinly slice apples
- lay out on parchment paper or a pan
- sprinkle with salt, cinnamon, curry powder, whatever else calls to you
- bake until slightly crispy
Day 1 of my #livercleanse is an apple fast so we're trying to get creative on how to eat apples! So far we've baked them crispy as chips and baked them as halves, eaten them raw, and apple sauce. Whenever my physical body gets hungry I eat more apples. A lot of what we crave is a mental game. I'm setting intentions of clearing and resetting for my mind, body, and soul through this cleanse. 🙏🏼

📚What about protein I hear you scream!? - if you’re eating a balanced variety of whole plant based foods and you’re getting in 3,500 - 4000 kcals a day you’ll be getting plenty enough protein don’t you worry about that.

Just Be sure to you squeeze in plenty of protein rich foods such as tofu, almonds chia seeds, chickpeas, peanut butter etc.. but don’t stress or become fanatical about it, it’s a waste of energy. It won’t make or break your gains. Not getting enough calories in will.
- 🚀 I went from 152 pounds to 176 pounds in just 11 weeks and some guys on social media have been accusing me of taking steroids which I just think is totally laughable. 🤣🤣 I’m not that big or that jacked - crazy talk but I take as a compliment even though being accused of lying is frustrating.

GET JACKED ON PLANTS 🌱 💪🏻 - Skinny or not these are my top 5 tips for getting jacked fast on a plant based diet. - 📚What about protein I hear you scream!? - if you’re eating a balanced variety of whole plant based foods and you’re getting in 3,500 - 4000 kcals a day you’ll be getting plenty enough protein don’t you worry about that. - Just Be sure to you squeeze in plenty of protein rich foods such as tofu, almonds chia seeds, chickpeas, peanut butter etc.. but don’t stress or become fanatical about it, it’s a waste of energy. I know that most of you coming to visit my page are ALL on different paths, or are in different stages of your fitness journey.

But do you know that?

When talking to clients I have heard multiple times I want to "tone" and I want to look like " so and so." As they proceed to pull out a picture of a professional fitness athlete.

While it's GREAT to have goals, and to visualize yourself in the future, it should never be gauged at someone else's success.

Because:

A) You have ZERO idea what their journey looked like( mentally and physically) and how long they took to get there.

B) You are comparing your present self to their present self, which more then likely took them YEARS to progress toward.

My fitness journey for example started in 2012, and I had zero idea what i was doing; but I knew I just had to keep moving forward. I wish at the time that I had goals, or atleast some sort of guidance that could have gotten me to today faster. But it was all apart of my journey, and in incredibly happy with where I am now, and where I see myself in the future.

For those of you who don't have any idea of where to start, I'm here to guide you. I know that just starting a fitness journey can be scary, overwhelming, and at times seem like too much work.

But I promise that if you just start, slowly or quickly, you will find that it will change  the way you look at fitness, and the way you love and appreciate your body; because it's capable of some pretty badass things.

Here's a body weight only full core HIIT circuit that really leaves my abs on fire, give it a go, and you'll be pleasantly surprised what a body weight exercise can do for you.

EVERYDAY IS ARM DAY ‼️ Haha I’m kidding, I honestly only do arms once a week. I work my legs more often because I fell as tho arms are almost a secondary muscle to most things you do. ✅
But doesn’t mean it isn’t nice to give them some serious attention once a week but I don’t feel like you need to work them more than that. 💯

Tip: when trying to lean bulk you should be spending more money on food than anything. Your body needs that consistent intake every 2-3 hours.

Just now getting to post because I’ve spent all morning on the phone with an airline trying to book my flight to Panama. 
I’m still on the hunt for a ticket and wasn’t able to workout this morning, but I’m not going to let that ruin my day.
Lately, my life has not looked like the consistent schedule I was used to, but now that I‘m my own boss, it has taught me that I have the ability to turn my day around.
Even when my mornings are jam packed and I don’t end up taking care of me at the start, I still have the rest of the day to turn it around. .
It’s never too late in the day to make yourself a priority.
It’s not too late to get that workout in or eat a hearty meal. 
There’s always a chance for you to take the time you need to make each day worth your while. 
Take a look at your top 5 priorities and ask yourself, are these things worth my time, money, efforts, and are they adding value to my life?

Finally made it to @elan_cafe! One of the most picturesque cafe I’ve ever visited. Pink flowers are literally everywhere.. It’s a must when you visit London, it’s too beautiful to not check out. I didn’t get a chance to try any of their food as I was on food overload, BUT i’ll be back! The salads actually looked really tasty and if you’re up for a threat, they’re sweets and pastries look insane too! #londoncafe
