So easy I was able to cook eggs for the rest of the fam short order style...Mia:2 over easy Ezra:2 egg omelet plain and soft Alexa:2 scrambled regular Daddy:2 egg omelet well done cheddar and avocado...I love cooking Brekkie.

An Indian dream for lunch😋😋 I made myself some dhal and a savory oats dish from @fit._.and._.free🙏 This is really one of my favourite meals ever though it feels like I am always saying that😅😅 Just can't decide🙈🙈 I am definitely ready for the weekend! This night I spent more hours awake than asleep and I feel pretty tired today😴😴 So I will listen to my body and slow down today😊😊 I told you in my story that when I was bulimic I always tried to gain energy by eating incredible amounts of food..mainly sugar and fat. Whenever I was tired, stressed, angry or exhausted, this was my harmful solution. Now I get better and better at feeling what I really need. Whether it's a short nap, a beloved person who listens to me or the cancelation of duties or appointments. I always tried to function...no matter what. I tried to push myself over my limits and just kept going though I was loosing myself on this sad way...Being productive must not mean fighting against yourself. You are your best version when you listen to your intuition. Your body and your soul are the most precious things in your life and these two should always be priority number one. We are no machines...we are feeling human beings. I think sometimes we are mistaking that🙈🙈 I wish you a wonderful relaxed start in den weekend💚💚 For this lunch I used vegan and glutenfree products from @fit._.and._.free who offer many many other glutenfree, vegan, paleo, sugarfree and all natural products. Absolutely incredible and one of my favourite bowls to date.

Green smoothie for lunch today!
- 1-2 large handfuls of spinach
- 2-3 bananas (depending on preference)
- 1 apple (with the core removed; let’s not get weird people)
- 1 tsp of peanut butter
- approx 250 mls of soy milk
- large handful of ice.
I’ve topped my smoothie with some cacao nibs; it’s completely optional and tastes great without them, but anyone who knows me is well aware that I have an extreme addiction to all things chocolate. It’s totally fine though because cacao nibs are healthy right?! 😅
