Elly was one of the first people we met on choosing who we wanted to be at our #wellfesteastmids2018 event as we met her at a festival in Birmingham and we immediately fell in love. I’ve watched her journey in life ever since. Not only does she make amazing froconut, but doughnuts, energy balls and more - all vegan! A talented athlete too x I’m an absolute fan girl 💫

this looks horrifying! but it is not. contrary to the 1/3 of my veganstagram being about ice cream, i don’t really like it. nonetheless, i stopped at @vanleeuwenicecream since it is disgusting and humid in new york city and tried their “dark matter,” which is honeycomb and activated charcoal. not to be dramatic, but it genuinely was the best ice cream i’ve ever eaten, not that i’m well-versed in ice cream. although i did leave van leeuwen with black lips and teeth. wore it with pride, though

PHILADELPHIA, PA: I was only in Philly for 3 days (for a gorgeous wedding!) but I was thrilled with all the vegan options this incredible city had to offer! Fellow veg friends @lifeindetails and @heypeeplesitsaubrey and I hit as many spots as possible before heading back to LA. We also crammed in a ton of historic sites - yesss, the “Rocky Steps” I’m sitting on from the film are VERY historic!! 😂✨🥊 PS: I’m literally still dreaming about that vegan Philly Cheesesteak @blackbirdpizza... this wrap was absolutely delicious and perfect after back to back @soulcycle classes!! I usually tend to eat at home because I know exactly what is going into my food but this place is super healthy and they use all natural ingredients!! Also super vegan friendly :) #vegan

Don’t be afraid of fruits! The sugar isn’t handled the same way as refined sugars in the body. Loaded with antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, and more. And they’re delicious!
I wanted to make these energy balls that will give you a boost of energy before a workout, to my surprise they taste like chocolate! I did not plan that haha but I’m so happy they do! Since I’m on the Dr. sebi nutritional guide I don’t consume cacao because it’s an hybrid. So these delicious POWER balls are perfect!! They are so sweet and delicious. Full of nutrients, you can eat them for breakfast or before a workout. I like to break my fast with these because they are raw and full of good ingredients. If you are making them! Some of the ingredients nutrients are:
Hemp powder- protein, fiber, magnesium, iron, potassium, calcium.
Dates- Potassium, protein, calcium, iron, vitamin C, vitamin B-6, Magnesium.
Brazil nuts- potassium, Calcium, iron, vitamin B-6, magnesium, vitamin c
Sesame seeds- potassium, protein, Calcium, iron, vitamin B-6, magnesium *
- 1 tbs coconut oil
- 2 tbs hemp powder
- 20 dates
- 1 cup Brazil nuts
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tbs sesame seeds
- 1 tbs tannin butter
1. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until it becomes a thick paste
2. Make small balls out of the batter
3. Transfer to the fridge for for one hour (you can eat them as they are as well)
4. Enjoy 😊
Plantbased southern style-(nothing fried, no dairy, no meat)...grilled summer squash, vegetable medley with lots of broccoli, and boiled golden Yukon potatoes-all organic and very filling! Do not be afraid of potatoes...they are a great whole food carb that gives you energy and nutrition. Love giving my body these amazing healthy foods all while keeping my southern roots! 🙌🏼😊🙌🏼
