I was so hungry after training. I didn't want something fast. I didn't want something crappy. I wanted something filling and healthy.
Asparagus, Salmon and Quinoa. Asparagus cooked in a bit of oil with some garlic and red pepper.
I like to eat a little heavier for lunch so I can have a lighter supper before bed. Light and healthy. So I don't go to bed with a completely full belly. hahaha

Over the weekend I went to the first ever Ottawa @ecomakersmarket and it was GREAT 🙆🏻♀️✨ there were so many wonderful tables set up showcasing different eco friendly initiatives- from @yowtoollibrary to worm compost bins to homemade #macrame planters ... here is a 📸 of a free tree I got from the @ecologyottawa table 🌳 thanks to all vendors! this event was fantastic!
