Bueno gente, acá les comparto el cambio de mi estado físico en estas últimas 14 semanas.
Mi objetivo con esta publicación es dar mi humilde ejemplo de que con enfoque, constancia y perseverancia, se pueden lograr los objetivos que nos propongamos.
Soy una persona normal y corriente como muchos o la mayoría de ustedes, que desde ese día 1 (3/9) decidí cambiar totalmente mi enfoque y centrarme en un objetivo claro y realista.
A medida que pasa el tiempo, los cambios cada vez son más difíciles de conseguir pero debemos seguir trabajando y no perder el objetivo de vista.
No he tenido que pasar hambre en ningún momento ni mucho menos, simplemente he cambiado hábitos y ahí están los resultados.
Lo más importante que saco de esto, desde mi corta experiencia es el cambio de mentalidad que he tenido.
No vale de nada pasar la vida quejándose, debemos salir ahí fuera y tomar acción.
Soy entrenador personal hace algunos años y me encanta poder ayudar a las personas a mejorar su calidad de vida sobre todas las cosas, ver sus progresos y como poco a poco van cumpliendo los objetivos que se proponen.
🧔🏻Gracias a mi amigo y entrenador @mb.trainer que hizo posible este cambio.
✔Ojalá pueda motivar a muchos de ustedes a dar el primer paso para salir de su zona de confort y lograr lo que se propongan.
