✔️انجام این حرکت وضعیت بدن را بهتر می کند چون علاوه بر شکم باعث تقویت عضلات کمر،شانه،سینه می شود و کمک‌می کند هنگام ایستادن فرم درستی داشته باشید.
✔️ اگر تازه کار هستید می توانید انواع ساده ی آن را انجام دهید و مدت زمان کمتری در این حالت بماید. برای مثال ۱۵ ثانیه زمان مناسبی است. هرچه پیشرفته تر می شوید، سعی کنید حرکت را سخت تر کنید. خیلی زود خواهید توانست بیش از یک دقیقه در این حرکت باقی بمانید.😎😎😎

The Bulgarian Split Squat🤗

In my opinion this is one of the toughest variations to a squat or a lunge and can be used with dumbbells like in the video or with a barbell 🏋️‍♀️

The exercise provides a number of benefits:
- a great single leg strength development exercise
- targets hamstrings, glutes and quads
- improves flexibility
- increases mobility
- activates and engages core strength
- activates stabilising muscles 🤸‍♀️
.
I did a side lunge dumbbell switch to superset this exercise which meant I covered all planes of movement in these 2 exercises 💪

This is "must" for all you runners out there for all those reasons above...give it a go...ensure proper form and if in doubt ask for help...enjoy 🖐

Holy crap, this was fun lol. Not sure if anyone has done it before. If so, I'd love the name for it. Great anti-rotation movement as well as getting the adductors involved with the core in a different way. 
Note. Make sure you know how to brace the core and don't have any back problems before you try this. There should be no pain during this movement.

The Physio Fellas took on the Cha Cha Slide Plank challenge and it got the best of them! It was a fun workout that challenged both the core and upper extremities. In addition to the challenge, we included a few variations of planks you can perform at home to improve your core and trunk strength.

Slide 2: Modified Plank - Maybe you are not yet ready for a full plank yet. That is okay because this exercise will prepare you for that position.

Slide 3: Plank on Elbows: Once you are able to perform this exercise you can challenge yourself by maintaining your hold or even lifting an extremity to make it harder!

Over 1 Minute Plank! Today I made another visit to the fitness court. Oh my god it was so hot. I walked 3/4 mile before I played around on the court. I started with a couple plank, did some box jumps, attempted pull up and ring push ups, did do some ring rows... i’ve always liked doing those. I also finished with back extensions. I try not to be to hard on myself for not being able to do the things I wish I could. Obviously I’m carrying a lot of weight for body weight exercises but I figure if I make Time to practice and continue to build strength through weight training... someday the Impossible will be possible.

The Plank

A real measure for so many of how strong is your core? For me, although core strength is a huge contributing factor,  one of my favourite sayings in pilates really comes into play here - ‘length is your strength’ 
And sharing the load. 
Think:

Reach your crown away from your tail, open your throat, lift your heart, don’t drop/sink into the floor but push in to the floor to push away from the floor, connect your shoulders to your ribs, connect armpits to shoulders to ribs to hips, lengthening through the waist, tuck the toes under like you are doing the race of your life, push the heels away, use the back line of the legs , connect heels to bottom and lengthen through the front of the hips. 
Think of a conveyor belt running through the front and back of your spine - pubic bone to belly button, to breast bone , to bridge of the nose, to head, to neck, reaching along the spine to the tail.
