Today’s full body cardio/HIIT circuit, I did each exercise for 40 seconds without rest between exercises and did 4 sets - 1 minute rest between sets. My face was bright red and my heart was about to explode😭 . 1️⃣Barbell deadlift into clean and press at 15kg. 2️⃣Mountain climbers. 3️⃣Reverse lunges with 3 pulses (switch legs half way through) with 7kg dumbbells. 4️⃣In and out crunches. 5️⃣Front squats with 7kg dumbbells. 6️⃣Plank with side steps. . #fitness  #workout  #circuit  #circuittraining  #cardio  #HIIT  #fitnessmotivation  #gym  #strong  #fitfam  #igfitness  #weightlifting  #weights  #plank 
Il #plank mi fa pensare all’equilibrio che tento sempre di mantenere nella mia testa e nella mia vita, allo sforzo che a volte diventa tale da farmi cedere, al riposo che mi ristora e mi fa riprendere il mio esercizio. Mi scatta spesso la metafora con la vita, saró un pó matta? Forse sì. Mi sto divertendo un mondo, ma confesso che è difficile trovare il tempo, non per la sfida, quella la porto avanti, ho una gran forza di volontà (eccetto quando mi trovo davanti dolcetti di qualunque genere), è difficile avere il tempo di postare foto, di scattarle, di riuscire a tenere il cellulare quando nella stessa stanza c’è mio figlio. Träningsglädje, bus och spralliga barn hör ihop!!! För varje dag känns det bättre i både arm och nacke. Dagens #hemmaträning  blev 2 min planka, 10 T2B, 60 KB sumo deadlift high pull, 2x20 elbow push-ups, 30 V-ups, 2x30 glute bridges mot stol. Och så litet yogaprogram för flexibilitet. Armar får snällt vänta tills jag kan belasta den brutna armen mer. Imorgon har det alltså gått ÅTTA VECKOR sen min olycka i de romerska ringarna - och förhoppningsvis blir det bye bye halsboja 🙌. (Får se vad CT scan säger först kanske 🤭).

5 benefits of planking everyday:
1. A stronger core. Planking every day tightens your stomach muscles and makes them a lot stronger.
2. Planking strengthens your back muscles and spine. (If you’re a weight lifter this is a plus)
3. You will have better posture. Most people are unaware of how terrible their posture is. 
4. Better balance. You don’t have to be a ballerina to have excellent balance. Planking will get you there.
5. Killer abs! Planking (aside from sit-ups and crunches) results in bomb abs!

Plank everyday for 5 minutes and you’ll start to see results sooner than later in the ab department.
