An oldie but a goodie... I've been craving these all week! We are back home from a great weekend and I'm planning out some santa cookies. These are great to put in cookie tins for people sensitive to dairy (but check your chocolate ingredients!) or gluten 👌🏼
Instructions below and also on the site! Link is in my profile 🍪
Nut butter dark chocolate cookies:
-1/2 cup creamy all natural peanut butter or almond butter
-1/2 cup coconut sugar (brown or granulated sugar can be subbed, they just might look a little different)
-1/4 cup almond flour
-1/2 tsp baking soda
-pinch of salt
-1/2 dark chocolate bar, broken into pieces (I used Trader Joe's 72% dark chocolate bar)
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Mix all ingredients but the chocolate in a bowl.
3. Roll into 1 inch balls and place well spaced on a greased or lined baking sheet.
4. Press a piece of chocolate into each cookie. Mine took up most of the ball before it went in the oven.
5. Bake for about 10-11 minutes.
6. Allow to cool about 5 minutes, then remove from baking sheet and cool further on a wire rack.

Did someone ever make you feel bad about yourself? - I am sure we all come across those kind of people from time to time.....
It robs you of your peace and tranquility and you sometimes can even start doubting yourself specially if the person is in you inner circles....
An exercise to diffuse negative feelings towards that person is to imagine the opposite it actually helps a lot specially if you are creative with your thoughts....
- Imagine that the person is saying All the things to you which are your strengths like you are loving, caring and have a heart of gold, and now make them wear a clowns costume. Now whenever they pop into your mind imagine them singing to you:
YOU are lovingly, you are kind, you are awesome....🎼 🎼and so on.
It will really make you laugh!
Instead of feeling drained it will uplift you! -Because the mind can’t think negative and positive thoughts together. It can only go one way so why not make it work for you -while having some fun?
There is actually no limit to this like our dreams at night be bold and let your imagination go wild as long as it is helping you!! 😜
Ready for the quick sushi recipe that even your “I don’t like fish” friends may even want to give it a shot? I introduce to you, beef and asparagus maki🤗
Blench asparagus and chill, wrap thin slices of beef around 2-3 asparagus (I used prime ribeye for sukiyaki at the Japanese market), seared or grilled all 4 sides season with a pinch of salt, wrap in nori and sushi rice, or serve as is 🤗 there are more tips in the “sushi” bubble in my profile 😉
I hope you try this recipe and let me know what you think. Hey @therock I think you would love this on your sushi train 🚂💪🏼👍🏼😋 just saying 🤷🏻♂️ Hope everyone have a great Sunday! Thank you for all of your support 😘💜🙏🏼 cheers

Home remedies for Strong and Healthy Nails.
Weak and unhealthy nails are often due to negligence and improper care. They get weak when they dry out and become brittle. Long-term exposure to water or chemicals, such as detergents and nail polish, are the main reasons behind weak nails.
A healthy lifestyle, dietary changes, a proper nail care regimen and some simple home remedies can help fix the problem and make your nails strong and healthy.
Ways to make your nails stronger naturally.
Olive oil is an excellent remedy for weak nails. The oil helps moisturize the nails. It also helps repair damage and softens nails and cuticles, which in turn leads to strong and healthy nails.
Massage your nails thoroughly with some warm olive oil, covering both the top and underside of your nails. Wait 15 minutes, then wash it off with water. Do this 2 or 3 times daily.Alternatively, mix together 3 teaspoons of warm olive oil and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Apply this mixture to your nails using a cotton swab. Allow it to dry, then put on a pair of soft, cotton gloves. Do this daily before going to bed, and in the morning, rinse it off with warm water
Green tea can also make your nails strong and healthy. The antioxidants in green tea help prevent brittle nails as well as strengthen them. At the same time, green tea helps get rid of yellow discoloring.
Brew a cup of green tea and allow it to cool. Soak your nails in it for 10 to 15 minutes, twice a week.Alternatively, prepare a nail soak with 2 teaspoons of green tea, a pinch of salt and a few drops of wheat germ oil. Soak your nails in this mixture for 5 minutes, then wipe it off with a dry cloth. Repeat this procedure twice a week. You can also mix a few drops of green tea essential oil with coconut oil or aloe vera gel and massage your nails with it once or twice a week.
