| Injury Prevention |⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The powerful thing about pilates is that it makes you strong and keeps you healthy. I have used it to help with injury prevention. 
When I'm dancing it's a lot of stress and high impact on my body, the same if you run, or do a lot of HIIT and it becomes very easy to injury yourself. I've been plagued with hamstring problems and the shoulder bridge is an exercise that was suggested to me by my physio and has helped me tremendously. It builds strength is the glutes and hamstrings which helps to take pressure of tendons, because I am always over stretching or over working.

Work the hip extension and rotations of your hip CARs with this little breakdown using the #wundachair  handles for irradiation. Keep the hips pressing forward and lined up over the spring knees to help oppose the anterior tilt for #hipextension  compensation (do this better than I demonstrate 🙈). How much can you internally rotated and maintain your knee to the side before rotating back?! . . What do you think comes next?
