Grilled salmon with sautéed veggies and shirataki noodles is the perfect combo of sweet and savory. Omega-3 loaded protein + veggies and a fun Paleo noodle option! Shirataki noodles are a carb-free “pasta” that can reduce blood sugar and cholesterol and prompt a healthy gut. All wins in my book!
I’m all about nutritious, quick and easy meals without sacrificing flavor. Our @greenchef meals pass my checklist and give me more time to focus on what’s important (i.e. patio meals, wine and my Hubby)! That’s a #dinnervictory in my opinion!
