[MEET OUR YOGA INSTRUCTOR]
We firstly give a nice warm welcome to Bri our beautiful yoga instructor 🧘♂️ who will be joining us this Sunday to kick off our very first yoga session!
We thought we would ask her a couple of questions to help get to know her;
1.So what inspired you to be a yoga instructor?
its quite funny actually, because it all started sitting in a little cafe having coffee and giggles with Chaps and C when they introduced the idea of wanting to start yoga in their new studio.
I thought it was a cool idea and they insisted that i should go and do my yoga teacher training.
This inspired me to go and do some more research on yoga and its benefits, in both a mental and physical sense. Ive always been intrigued by the bodies amazing capabilities to bend and stretch in different places and the subsequent benefits it has on your health, so within the next week i had booked my little adventure to bali to become a yoga teacher.
2.What’s your vision with Sweat Cave Fitness?
Most importantly i want students to leave feeling a large release of tension (both physically and mentally). In order to achieve ultimate happiness we must first let go off all the emotional and physical blocks that no longer serve us, so that we can focus on all the beautiful things in our lives. Taking an hour out of our day to focus all of our attention on ourselves through stretching and clearing the mind, will ultimately create this positive head space.
3. When you aren’t being a yogi bear, where would we find you?
Outside the craziness of work and uni i love to spend my time focusing on my self care routine in nature with some sunshine or snuggled in a cosy coffee shop.
4. Your greatest obsession?
My little darling mini sausage dog pickles has definitely got to be my ultimate happiness, she too loves a bit of yoga.
