Today's JJ Community theme is THE TIME. There are clocks and there are CLOCKS, like this astronomical clock in the Piazza San Marco (Saint Mark's Square) in Venice (Venezia) Italy. The original clock in this tower dates from 1494-1396.
"me no speak no italiano."
Venice day 2, what a success: ran/walked 33000+ steps, drank an €11 coffee in Piazza San Marco square (Pic 4), met some friendly locals and apparently stumbled across the world's best pizzeria, according to Leonardo, the man who owned the pizza shop next to my apartment.. although I didn't eat any because I'm an overweight marathoner.
Venice is an incredible city and probably the most photogenic place I've ever seen.
just arrived in Florence.
The heart of #Venice : St Mark's Square!
It radiates the whole city behind it, and beauty is spread in every corner...
That's what people from all over the world come to visit.
And that's what, we at the #Bauer Hotel, offer to our beloved guests:
A #venetian home, where everyday you can rest from the view of all this beauty, and quietly recharge to start another intense day in discovering it...
Our congratulations to @nk7 for this magical view!
