As mentioned before the back needs to be trained with horizontal and vertical pulls. The cable low row is a great horizontal pull but at a slightly lower angle to hit the back differently to your usual rows and pulldowns. - The cables keep constant tension.
- The rope allows full range of motion.
- The eccentric gives a good stretch on the lats.

Каждый январь я слышу "страшные" истории от своих клиентов. И все они связаны с беспощадными новогодними праздниками. “  Я набрала 3.. 5.. 7(!) кг🤯. Спасите, тренер! “ ⠀ Знакомо? Тогда с тебя лайк 💓, с меня - информация, как  не попасть в эту новогоднюю ловушку. Ибо, легче предотвратить  беду, чем  выводить жирные следы от оливье с живота и боков 🙈

1.🎄Умеренность во всем – залог гармоничной жизни. Не забывайте о принципах здорового питания, 
ешьте больше фруктов и овощей, 
избегайте высококалорийной пищи. Ведь праздники - это не повод нажраться, а повод встретиться с друзьями и больше времени провести с близкими. ⠀ 
2.🎄Спиртное🍻🍹. Алкоголь обезвоживает,  нарушает самоконтроль, поэтому «под рюмочку» легко незаметно переесть. Иногда кружки пива достаточно, чтобы вы свернули с пути истинного. Ограничив потребление спиртного, вы «спасетесь» от сотен калорий. Если нет сил отказываться от горячительного, разбавляйте коктейли водой
либо чередуйте один алкогольный напиток с двумя безалкогольными. ⠀ 
3. 🎄Больше активности — меньше килограмм. 
Распланируйте заранее каждый день: каток, лыжы, музей, квесты, да и просто прогулка с друзьями. Ведь столько мест вы давно хотели посетить, но вам на это не хватало времени.

4.🎄Спите больше. Постарайтесь добавить хотя бы полчаса к своему ночному сну. Будет лучше, если вы раньше ляжете, чем позже встанете. Качественный сон влияет на обмен веществ и работу гормональной системы. Те, кто высыпаются, меньше склонны к необдуманным перекусам. Так же хороший сон уменьшает уровень стресса, который приводит к перееданию, а значит, и к лишним килограммам. ⠀ Эти несложные правила помогут вам оставаться в форме, не смотря на большое количество новогодних выходных и не превратится в символ наступающего 2019 года 🐽🐷

И все они связаны с беспощадными новогодними праздниками. “ Я набрала 3.. 5.. 7(!) кг🤯. Спасите, тренер! “ ⠀ Знакомо? Тогда с тебя лайк 💓, с меня - информация, как не попасть в эту новогоднюю ловушку. Ибо, легче предотвратить беду, чем выводить жирные следы от оливье с живота и боков 🙈 ⠀ 1.🎄Умеренность во всем – залог гармоничной жизни. Не забывайте о принципах здорового питания, ешьте больше фруктов и овощей, избегайте высококалорийной пищи. Ведь праздники - это не повод нажраться, а повод встретиться с друзьями и больше времени провести с близкими. ⠀ 2.🎄Спиртное🍻🍹. Алкоголь обезвоживает, нарушает самоконтроль, поэтому «под рюмочку» легко незаметно переесть. Иногда кружки пива достаточно, чтобы вы свернули с пути истинного. Ограничив потребление спиртного, вы «спасетесь» от сотен калорий. Если нет сил отказываться от горячительного, разбавляйте коктейли водой либо чередуйте один алкогольный напиток с двумя безалкогольными. ⠀ 3. 🎄Больше активности — меньше килограмм. Распланируйте заранее каждый день: каток, лыжы, музей, квесты, да и просто прогулка с друзьями. Ведь столько мест вы давно хотели посетить, но вам на это не хватало времени. ⠀ 4.🎄Спите больше. Постарайтесь добавить хотя бы полчаса к своему ночному сну. Будет лучше, если вы раньше ляжете, чем позже встанете. Качественный сон влияет на обмен веществ и работу гормональной системы. Те, кто высыпаются, меньше склонны к необдуманным перекусам. Day 14: So we’re 2 week already in and man it’s going just great. So here my 2 week review. Been really feeling the workouts @frizzellfitness has me doing. Still getting use to the food and working on switching it up a bit, but I can’t ask for a better person to have in my corner to set me up for the NPC THUNDERDOME come April. Just shows you what a bit of a diet can do. Left photo I still trained 5 times a week but ate whatever I wanted when I wanted. Photo on the right I train 5 times a week but cleaned up my diet. Still have my treats here and there but feel Alot more comfortable. Now to try survive Christmas food 🐷👀
