Without your physical intervention to put action into motion, you are only working on one level of being. The Christians have an analogy for this “God helps those, who help themselves”. When you work toward merging your #spiritual#energy with physical action, you are giving form to your dreams and goals. #Visualizations , #prayers , #magik#meditation , whatever your spiritual practice employs is not going to get the task completed without a little effort on your part to put those energies into physical action.
By the same token, constantly focusing your efforts solely on the physical tasks without infusing those actions with your spiritual energy could cause you to fall short of your goals or limit your ability to succeed. As part of the Divine Consciousness, you have the ability to empower your actions with that Divine #Creative energy, which can help you to overcome unforeseen obstacles, or intuitively discover solutions to problems along the way. Again, living from the perspective of Balance. You need both selves to achieve goals, lessons and accomplishments.”

It is surprising to me that many genuine Christians still do not think, speak and live with the #CONSCIOUSNESS that we are NOT to #LIVE by bread (physical food) alone, but also by every Word that comes out from the Mouth of God, do we also live by. That is, if we are to live #HEALTHY and #HAPPILY on Earth, we must LIVE by both physical food and spiritual food (the Word of God). This is because we are designed and created by God as human (spirit, soul and body) beings. While our body survives on #PHYSICAL FOOD, our spirit and soul survives on #SPIRITUAL FOOD (the Word of God). True! Take note, take heed! (Deuteronomy 8:1-3; Luke 4:1-4). Therefore, today, I am sent to inform you that there are several SPIRITUAL #FOOD (Knowledge) in this World, but only the Spiritual Knowledge of God in Christ is TRUE and #SAFE for you to RUN every area of your life on in this World. Now, with all humility permit me to state that I am daily saddened by the obvious #IGNORANCE on SPIRITUAL MATTERS by humanity, especially by majority of the Christians in this generation. It is so alarming that I myself can now clearly see why God lamented in Hosea 4:6, my people are DESTROY for LACK OF KNOWLEDGE. So sad, so bad!

True! The knowledge being talked about in the above verse is SPIRITUAL KNOWLEDGE of GOD needed for thinking, speaking and living wisely, smartly and safely in this World. True! Take note, take heed! Working from home this afternoon - after a much needed “I can’t do this today, clearing my schedule, and coming home to bed” - yup I had a mental health day
Due to a combination of being busy, tired and a bit stressed, I had a panic attack today - and anyone that has had one knows you don’t exactly feel energetic afterwards
Now the fact is I know how to handle them, I know how to control my anxiety, and I could have “pushed through” and just kept going - but I didn’t, and that’s a good thing
Part of my new “putting myself 1st” lifestyle, means I’ve decided if something is going to be detrimental to my mental health, I’m not doing it - period
I’ve learnt that if I ignore the “I’m not ok signs” it just builds up - and then I’ll spend the whole weekend in bed feeling drained, because I’ve completely emptied my cup
So instead of letting that happen, I cleared the schedule, came home, and went to sleep - this helps to reset my brain, and get it back into coping mode
I’m now sitting here, heater going, music playing and working away on some admin work - because now that I’ve had a few hours me time, I feel a lot better
Mental health days are so important, if you don’t take them and take time to look after yourself, this is what leads to anxiety, depression, exhaustion and burnout - don’t let that happen, take control and say “today I’m not ok, and that is ok” ❤️
