Can anyone get enough of #local#organic#brunch places? Discovered this amazing place on my recent trip to #Atlanta to visit high school friends. The outside is inviting and the inside doesn't disappoint with reclaimed wood furniture. I had a delicious serving of #shrimpandgrits with real stone ground grits. The sauce was amazing! My bestie had the crab toast, which was gorgeous but I forgot to try it because I was so in love with my shrimp!
The perfect lunch after a swim in the sea earlier thismorning. So refreshing and revitalising before work. And now on the lunch break a super easy to make mussels in white wine and fresh Irish bay prawns 👌🏼 recipe is: 👉🏻1kg mussel

👉🏻1 small glass white wine
, finely chopped, and sautéed in butter
, to serve
👉🏻1/2 garlic clove chopped.
1 fresh lemon.
And a sprinkle of salt and pepper ! Mussels literally take about 5 minutes to cook. Place the chopped parsley, onion, garlic and sprinkle of salt and pepper in a pan worn some real butter. For a bout 2 minutes and then add the glass of wine and then pour the prawns in and the mussels and cook. I also added about a glass of water. Once they are opened they are cooked. Likewise with the fresh prawns - they will be cooked in a few minutes. Enjoy! 😍👌🏼 so easy to cook/prepare. It's a great seafood protein. Some deliciousness from last weekend!! I was going to cook up some shrimp & zoodles, but changed my mind & decided to skip the cooking (except for the shrimpies of course) & make it into a refreshing raw salad! 🥗 And while I'm normally not a packaged foods type, when I took my sister to @traderjoes for her bday things I snagged this's Bruschetta & hot d***!! 😍 It's something my mom & Gran are super into, so after checking the ingredients I had to give it a go! (Swipe ⬅️ to see the ingredients + macros.) It's honestly similar af to sauces I make myself, so I probably won't repurchase again tbh👉🏽 chopped Roma tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, basil, salt, garlic, sugar, black pepper. No preservitives, artificial colors or flavors, or additives of any kind! 🙌🏽 As if I've been sharing in my nutrition posts, packaged foods don't havvveeee to be your worst enemy- just do your due diligence & check the labels carefully! 🙏🏽 Details of the rest of this #whatsonmyplate below as usual ☺️👇🏽

👉🏽 I honestly threw this into a bigger bowl & loaded up wayyyy more spinach 😜 Also note that there's no "direct" carb source & using 2 servings of the bruschetta means it was really low fat, so this makes an ideal SIDE salad. Protein-packed with the shrimp & spinach for sure, but not ideal for a complete, well-balanced meal 😚
Sunday dinner, blackened salmon, sugar snap peas, and steamed broccoli. Also had about a 1/4th of an avocado no pictured. Perfect meal but ate this way too fast 🤷🏾♀️. Back to work I go tho 💻 #sundaydinner
