Can anyone get enough of #local #organic #brunch places? Discovered this amazing place on my recent trip to #Atlanta to visit high school friends. The outside is inviting and the inside doesn't disappoint with reclaimed wood furniture. I had a delicious serving of #shrimpandgrits with real stone ground grits. The sauce was amazing! My bestie had the crab toast, which was gorgeous but I forgot to try it because I was so in love with my shrimp!

Zjistila jsem, že mě vlastně vůbec nebaví aranžovat smoothie na fotky. Sice se mi ty obrázky ve finále moc líbí a hodily by se mi do feedu, ale litrový až dvoulitrový supersmoothie piju každej den, občas rovnou z mixéru a jsem většinou ráda, že si na to vůbec najdu čas😅 Takže! Budu ho sem fotit už jenom když si ho budu brát někam na cestu, tak jako mám tady na fotce ze soboty dva litry borůvkovýho supersmoothie ANEBO budu točit starý fotky😅Tak nevím co je lepší😅🤷🏼‍♀️Snídaně ve formě raw supersmoothie každej den je naprostej základ nutritariánství, takže se vůbec nehodí, abych ho sem nepřidávala, jenže se všechno s jídlem spojený snažím už nějakej čas zjednodušit a trochu si to ulehčit. The perfect lunch after a swim in the sea earlier thismorning. So refreshing and revitalising before work. And now on the lunch break a super easy to make mussels in white wine and fresh Irish bay prawns 👌🏼 recipe is: 👉🏻1kg mussel
, in shells
👉🏻1 small glass white wine
👉🏻1 shallot
, finely chopped, and sautéed in butter
👉🏻chopped parsley
, to serve
👉🏻1/2 garlic clove chopped. 
1 fresh lemon.
And a sprinkle of salt and pepper ! Mussels literally take about 5 minutes to cook. Place the chopped parsley, onion, garlic and sprinkle of salt and pepper in a pan worn some real butter. For a bout 2 minutes and then add the glass of wine and then pour the prawns in and the mussels and cook. I also added about a glass of water. Once they are opened they are cooked. Likewise with the fresh prawns - they will be cooked in a few minutes. Enjoy! 😍👌🏼 so easy to cook/prepare. It's a great seafood protein. Mussels are a rich source of many essential vitamins and minerals, such as the B vitamins, vitamin C, folate, iron, phosphorus, manganese, selenium and zinc. They outshine most other foods when it comes to their vitamin B-12, selenium and manganese content. I was so tired today but I made time for the gym! I did 8 miles (50 minutes)  on the bicycle and I did 12 minutes on the stair master. ❤️🚲🚶🏽‍♀️ All in all I burned 397 calories! I ate 1,505 calories today but by burning 397: my net for today is 1,108. 🙂

I was going to cook up some shrimp & zoodles, but changed my mind & decided to skip the cooking (except for the shrimpies of course) & make it into a refreshing raw salad! 🥗 And while I'm normally not a packaged foods type, when I took my sister to @traderjoes for her bday things I snagged this's Bruschetta & hot d***!! 😍 It's something my mom & Gran are super into, so after checking the ingredients I had to give it a go! (Swipe ⬅️ to see the ingredients + macros.) It's honestly similar af to sauces I make myself, so I probably won't repurchase again tbh👉🏽 chopped Roma tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, basil, salt, garlic, sugar, black pepper. No preservitives, artificial colors or flavors, or additives of any kind! 🙌🏽 As if I've been sharing in my nutrition posts, packaged foods don't havvveeee to be your worst enemy- just do your due diligence & check the labels carefully! 🙏🏽 Details of the rest of this #whatsonmyplate below as usual ☺️👇🏽

Have a look at this yummy lunch! I didn't add any special source of protein, because I already have enough with my breakfast, dinner and snack. Also I used 1 whole cup of rice, because I need some energy for my swim workout tonight! 
The dressing consists of olive oil and balsamic vinegar and I fried all of the veggies together in a pan with some curry. So good 😍
