Day 1: Pescatarian Journey; I’ve been talking with @missjaynna about lifestyles and diets so we decided before trying a vegan lifestyle.. we want to slowly ease our way into the plant-based lifestyle by starting with removing all meat and leaving fish. To see how our bodies do, how we feel, and run with our power of of will. I hope for who ever set a goal on this beautiful Monday, that you take it easy and trust the process. Cucumber Mango Salsa over Baked Salmon • I just cut up a couple small salad style cucumbers, mango, red onion, avocado, cilantro. Then I added a dash of black pepper and squeezed a couple lime slices over the top. • Salmon was baked at 400 degrees for about 15 min. I like to have the salmon a little more medium for the softness.  #blueprints #salmon #pescatarian #lifestyle #recipe

Make the switch! Dairy (milk/cheese) products are trash for your body and health and play part in bloating and leaky gut ( this is when objects inside your intensities leak into your bloodstream which can cause multiple health issues over time if not treated) . I’ll provide a list of leaky gut foods later to avoid but  do consider switching to any different form of milk ! .

🌞😊Every morning I’ve been drinking Himalayan pink salt, with room temperature spring water, with a lemon or lime. (Stir) What I have experienced from this is better sleep, a better mood, natural colon and intestine cleansing and less pain after workouts (when I workout lol)...I had a bag full of chia seeds and I forgot why I bought them 🤔 I bought a lot of stuff when I became vegetarian 5 years now 💪🏾 (fish here and there tho) looked up the benefits and did some research, decided to add this to my morning drink, just finished drinking it and the taste isn’t the best (you have to let the seeds sit in the water for 30 minutes then add the other ingredients.
