I’ve been neglecting this account lately but I’m going to make a comeback!
So kicking things off with my breakfast this morning; cinnamon overnight oats topped with blueberries, peach stars, cacao nibs, and cashew butter!🍑🍫
Day 1: Pescatarian Journey; I’ve been talking with @missjaynna about lifestyles and diets so we decided before trying a vegan lifestyle.. we want to slowly ease our way into the plant-based lifestyle by starting with removing all meat and leaving fish. To see how our bodies do, how we feel, and run with our power of of will. I hope for who ever set a goal on this beautiful Monday, that you take it easy and trust the process. Cucumber Mango Salsa over Baked Salmon • I just cut up a couple small salad style cucumbers, mango, red onion, avocado, cilantro. Then I added a dash of black pepper and squeezed a couple lime slices over the top. • Salmon was baked at 400 degrees for about 15 min.
