International Yoga Day, declared by the current Indian prime minister - Yoga is their invaluable gift to the world.
What can I say? I love being hands-on. An epic crew today at my home-base @lululemonausnz in @claremontquarter showed up for International Day of Yoga 🧘♀️🧘♂️ and what can I say ? @shaantibot said it right when he said everyday it’s like Yoga Day when he would have never imagined he’d be running an out of this world studio like @yogalabfremantle to now having made purpose and connection and I’m high fiving to that 🖐! The feeling of a power flow is addictive and juicy and for us both, a life-changing experience. Thanks for sharing a globally celebrated day with me! And letting me massage y’all !!! 💆♀️💆♂️

Was mentally wrecked today but not physically... decided a quick gym circuit was in order with some moves that don't require too much thinking. Nice wee full body circuit that only took 20-25 mins. Followed it up with some extra glute and core work. Physically tired now 😅

@oceanic37 .......what a guy!!! been training him with a good few months now and the man is just a legend, every session is smashed and we always get that banter in aswell. 55 years young and the progress hes made has been unreal, physically and mentally this man has come on alot 👊👊👊 always a pleasure mate 👍

Playing sport involves a lot of twisting, turning and huge amounts of change-of-direction (C.O.D).
Whether you play professionally, at the semi-pro level or just socially, having the ability to change to direction effectively will help you.
You will reduce your risk of ankle sprains, knee injuries and muscle strains.
If you want to become more agile and strengthen your joints effectively, you need to be doing drills like this one!
I can help you to develop this skill without wasting your time doing silly drills like speed ladders.
