My new clients G. and S. have a very busy work schedule and a lovely 6 months daughter.
G. wants to loose weight and S. has high cholesterol. My suggestion was to cutting down animal products from their diet. I'm grateful they accepted and trusted on me.

sotto baccalà cbt marinato con olio e vaniglia terra di olive taggiasche pomodori confit...sopra spuma di patate polvere di nero di seppia questo il mio ‘tiramisù di baccalà’ piccolo segreto di questo piatto...per la polvere di nero di seppia e la terra di olive potete usare il microonde...massima potenza per 4 minuti fino a che non diventano durissimi per essere polverizzati...per il nero bastano 3/4 passaggi...per le olive un po’ di più dovete sentirle al tatto come sassolini! Si sbricioleranno con le dita! Il nero di seppia invece dovete semplicemente polverizzarlo con un cutter...
