Na pewno tutaj wrócę, nawet mam tutaj swoją ulubioną ulicę z trasy, o tym poniżej.
Pierwsze pięć kilometrów spokojnie z międzyczasem 17:50 i od tej chwili ruszyłem mocniej, druga pętla i sarkastyczna ulica o której wspomniałem, znajduje się na niej nie łatwy podbieg, dała mi troszkę popalić nosi nazwę Miła, śmiechom nie było końca 😅
Ostatnia prosta do mety, słyszę doping, wołanie od trenera, znajomych "Paweł, rusz!"
Nie wykazywałem żadnej reakcji z powodu zmęczenia, nagle słyszę od kogoś
"On chyba nie ma z czego ruszyć". Uśmiechnąłem się pod nosem i pomyślałem "Naprawdę? Nie widzę takiej możliwości". Motywacja z innej strony 😁
Ostatni kilometr 3:08 i podmumowanie 35:15, szału nie ma, ale trzeba zdobywać szczyty 🏃♂️

Flashback Fish Friday. Let’s start a trend. Taking it back 4 years ago when I caught my personal best Largemouth Bass. Weighing at 5lbs, flat. Prior to catching this 5 pounder, I caught a 4 lbs 3oz LMB. I broke two personal bests that day. The thrill & excitement after landing the fish into the canoe was a feeling I never felt before. My legs & knees were shaking so much. I was trembling as I was trying to speak. Haha. I would love to relive that moment again. I have yet to catch another 5 pounder since that day. CrossFit. My biggest challenge - a timed workout that’s somewhat competitive. I’ll admit, I’m not the best at it — but I haven’t given up. The trainer is encouraging and my workout peers say “stick with it...you’ll get it in a few months.” Glad I attended two sessions this week. They kick a$$, literally. Got this yesterday. Wow. I actually forgot I had a pokemon defending a gym. I put him in when I defeated it. This is the longest I have ever had one stay at a gym. Achievement unlocked! Hit my second goal with an unexpected clean and jerk pb @ 100k. I'm always hypercritical and I've watched the vid over and over today but fuck it I'm pretty chuffed with that. I think the clean was good. Yes I need a lot more work on the split jerk, yes it needs tidying up. But it was my last lift of many and I just went for it. 18 months ago I needed help just to put my shoes on! So I'm Really very very happy to be at the level of strength and fitness I have right now. I continue to learn and progress. @mfox_strengthconditioning and @tommy_uda_bsc_sports_therapy have been fundamental in my recovery and progression sinceast March. What a way to end the week and end my holiday! Mammoth pump session this evening with @abidabs_00 . Was meant to do 180kg squats for 3sets of 2reps . However was feeling strong and thought f**k it. 180 for 2 easy. Lets try 182.5kg for 2....Got that. Then said screw it 190kg for 2reps! And im over the moon i got that too . Depth was there . Thats why i trust @mikeohearn plans on @fitplan_app . But also the moral support from #potatofam @al.mahoney71 @mattsmith_vanillag and of course baby 🥔 Abi 💪. I wanna say a big thank you to Matt though. As over these two weeks he has helped me break through that self doubt mental barrier . The advice on form and the words of encouragement , making me believe in myself has done more for me then you know 💪. Que the " some say i work mircles " 🤣🤣. Now at home chilling for the rest of friday night wishing my Mum and Dad a safe flight home ( and looking forward to getting my @mikeohearnlifestyle t shirts baby )

Another AMAZING day on Lake Gibson!
The thing I love about fishing is how it's you vs mother nature vs the fishing conditions vs the fish .... And vs the structure that you snag on and lose the lure that's killing it that day.
I love figuring out the fish. What they want, how they want it. I guess that stems from my passion with troubleshooting things. It's the challenge and the feeling you get when you succeed.
Started targeting the shoreline with a spook, just out of curiosity. But quickly changed to a Strike King 3/8 ounce spinnerbait in colours to closely match the baitfish I was seeing. Slow rolled that baby on the bottom and 3 casts later caught my personal best at this lake.
Today's outting ended with a trip to Peters Bait and Tackle to buy not one, but two of the spinnerbaits I was using. Just in case I lose another when the bite is that hot.
