Yesterday I ran... 50min, with some rithm changes. I was not very motivated and I feel my body just was so tired I don't know why. Also performance is still horrible and there is nothing I can do about it but it makes me so angry😠👊🏾. Usually sport makes me feel good but when I cannot improve I just start to feel this frustration and anger, like it's not fair, I work so hard and get hardly any progress while others have a natural talent for sports and improve without doing much effort... you know genes... Most of the time it does not bother me: I know I am an almost no responder/slow responder to any workouts, dieting... my body just resists it all, but some days I start comparing myself to others and that is the issue, I start feeling that it is so unfair but then I remember, I have my strong will power that makes me continue, no matter what. It has kept me on this journey for so many years, without getting almost any results, I still keep going and I will not stop💪💪💪.
Definitely can see the difference in me then vs now. I share this to remind myself how far I have come in my business. It has taught me to trust myself and that's not always easy for me. Persistence has been such strong driving factor and still is now as much as it was then. To prove to myself I can do this, that if I can help just one person then that would be all that mattered.
It's not about the journey it's about the process. You know the ones where you finally figure things out? Well at least enough to get you by. We may not always have the answer for everything but we always have faith in ourselves and that is what makes your journey worthwhile.

Looooook at what I did! It took me 19 sessions to get it this good. Still feels like there's something not quite right about it but I'm pleased with it! It takes a lot of time on the mat to feel even the slightest bit of progress; same with tying the belt. #persistance#bjj#cantstopwontstop

Since I was just a little kid, my one wish in life was to be happily married with 4 kids... 2 boys and 2 girls. I never wanted anything else.
Thoughts are powerful.
Now that I am older, I have new “wishes”. I WILL send all 4 of my kids to college. I WILL help make our home big enough to fit our family, or if we choose, I WILL help build our dream home. I WILL always have time for my family and not be working tiresome hours away from them. I WILL do this with MY income.

I feel that sometimes I take on too many tasks which makes me feel that I am not getting any of them done properly. Even though people tell me to concentrate on one thing at the time, I can’t give up my other goals. I believe that we can be successful in more than one thing in life :) this one goes for pilot-musicians , don’t give up!🤙

If being successful was easy, EVERYONE would own a multi-million dollar business.
It DOES NOT mean that it’s nearly impossible, it’s actually extremely possible for every single person. But people tap out right before the gold is about to present.
I have talked to so many beautiful people who see themselves owning a business, impacting lives, and living life on their terms.
They’re fully engaged and ready to thrive, but as soon as they hear a “No” or if it doesn’t happen quick enough, they give up and blame their circumstances, Coach, their personality, or even PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS for the reason they’re failing.
The only reason you’ve failed is because you failed being persistent.
You gave up as soon as you realized there is no such thing as instant gratification. If you ACTUALLY want it, you have to prove to the universe you want it AND ACCEPT that it has already happened!
If you can think it, that means it has already been done!
You have to keep showing up, even when you feel like you’re talking to no one. Keep showing up even when you want to give up. Keep showing up EVEN when you’re broke AF and putting in so much time and effort with zero financial reward.
You could be so close to your miracle, but every time you give up and fall back into fear/stress/doubt you take 3 steps backward.
Trust & surrender. Your miracle is coming.
