In the words of the great @cancermoons.tarot , “What’s POPPIN”
Today is Friyay! I’m hanging out at @humblefarmerbrewingco unwinding from a really weird week. I’ve definitely had more downs that ups the last 7 days, but I’m still here smilin’ even when I should prob be crying into my beer 🍺
This post isn’t gonna be as long as the others. I just want to remind everyone that the universe has a plan, and things may fall away that need to fall away-even if you’re legit sitting there going “uh...idgi” 🤔 In the plan of life, sometimes the universe has to let you know THE GIG IS UP, Queen.
Two years of hard work and I'm only just starting to get the health and physique that works for me.
It's so fulfilling to even see just a little definition beginning to appear!
What I've learned:
1. Don't let yourself go (no shit 😂) - it's a lot harder to repair the damage than do it.
2. Patience and Perseverance - Nothing in life worth having comes easy. It took two years for me to get to here and I have still have progress to make. You need to make sure you enjoy the journey as much, if not more, than the destination otherwise you'll never get there
3. Always have a goal - You need to know what you are aiming for. I want to reach and then maintain < 20% body fat.
I also want abs, even if just for one day 😂
If I didn't have a clear goal in mind I'd stop and probably be fine with the results I have already achieved. You will always play a small game without big ambitions.
There's still work to be done but I'll get there 🙂
After high school you have so many decisions to make real life starts to kick in.. Most go on to party and celebrate like life is going to be extremely great and everything will just happen. That isn’t always the case. You have some who graduate and go to college get jobs or sometimes not. I was the party boy, the hustler. My step dad at the time was a farmer, which is where I learned hard work, perseverance, dedication and ethics, I was like most just living life in moderation and contentment! As I grew older and wiser and started to truly understand life! That moment shit changed.. My life took a wrong turn, rapidly!! I was at rock bottom, my son was on the way I was going threw bankruptcies, as well as a list of other hardships. I knew that moment on I had two choices!! Get my shit together and go for Gold, my journey began as an entrepreneur. I started learning about business, real estate, management, etc. I said I’m not on earth to live a basic life check to check! FUCK THAT! I grinding my ass off and one year later I’ve learned so much and overcome more then I thought I could and on my way to become a self-made millionaire!! The moral of my story is “never give up” seek greatness within yourself and never look back!!! Most importantlyTrust in God #entrepreneurship#mindset#makechanges#doitformyson#blessed#hardwork#perserverance
We all have dreams. Yet why is not everyone living them out? 🤷♀️ Because it takes actual work to turn them into reality. And the biggest amount of work is on OURSELVES. Which is sooooooo scary for some people👹, especially if they’ve gotten so far out of touch with who they are and haven’t taken time to face their shadow selves, and accept all good and bad sides.
The true work comes in being brave enough to face your demons and uproot your negative false beliefs, become aware and work on enhancing strengths, while acknowledging and disciplining weaknesses⚖️ - NOT
once or twice but on a CONSISTENT DAILY BASIS.
Once we are clear on who we are, what matters to us most, what we stand for and how we need to show up to get closer to our dreams, a step at a time - then we are ready to take action that will ultimately shift our reality.
Everything else is just creating the right habits to acquire the right skill set and leverage the RIGHT SYSTEM to get you to where you need to go.
Most will never want to face themselves, but then again - MOST will never make it.
And we ARE NOT MOST people! ‘Being brave is not being fearless. It’s being Scared to the bone and still going for it!”
- with love ❤️ 🙏

Adversity causes some people to break and others to break records.
The first step is to love yourself, build then restore your confidence and self worth. You have the power to change, make progress and heal.
