I included Banded Jumps. From the onset it would seem like a jumping exercise but in actuality is a landing exercise that teaches landing mechanics and force absorption. ——
This is a key component in jump training but should be executed in controlled manner with lower rep schemes (3-5) since there’s a strong emphasis on the eccentric portion of the movement. There are plenty other options that have similar training effects such as Drop Jumps andDepth Jumps.
Today’s training went as followed:
3x5 Banded Jumps Landing Emphasis
3x5 Assisted Banded Jumps
5,3,2 Trap Bar Clean Pulls
10 x 10 Swings + 100 Speed Ropes (10:26s)

Bee pollen and raw cut comb honey👌🏻🍯🐝
It takes one bee 8 hours a day, for a whole month to collect a single tea spoon of pollen! On average, that’s 244 hours a month!
Did you know that Bees🐝can each make only half of teaspoon of honey in their entire life!
Appreciate their work fellows they heal your body by giving you these magnificent cure and antidote for many sicknesses or even diseases☝🏻 Did you know that bee pollen contains almost all of the nutrients required by the human body to thrive? That’s why the German Federal Board of Health has officially recognized it as a medicine.
Bee pollen is wonderful for natural allergy relief and is responsible for the many health benefits of raw honey. It’s rich in vitamins, minerals, proteins, lipids and fatty acids, enzymes, carotenoids and bioflavonoids — making it an antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral agent that strengthens the capillaries, reduces inflammation, stimulates the immune system and lowers cholesterol levels naturally.
It is also used by Olympic athletes and bodybuilders to increase strength and endurance. Its reputation as a muscle builder is due, in part, to it containing all 22 of the amino acids. Around half of these are free-form, meaning they can be assimilated directly into the body ready for instant utilisation.
In fact, bee pollen contains more protein than any animal source and more amino acids than equal weight of eggs or beef … and those are just some of the top bee pollen benefits:
1. Strengthening Immunity Functions
2. Children's Physical & Brain Development
4. Adrenal Fatigue
5. Fertility Booster
6. Weight Management
7. Choleserol and Triglycerides Reduction
8. Relieve Diabetic Symptoms
9. Skin Related Ailments, eg ezcema, hives, rashes.
11. Enhancing athletic performance
12. Reduces inflammation
13. Acts as an Antioxidant
14. Protects against liver toxicity
15. Boost the immune system
16. Helps Relieve Stress
17. Promotes healing
