Week 2 is here and I’m feeling AMAZING! Like... it’s bananas 🍌
The definition in my arms after only one week is crazy and I’m seeing my legs tone up a bit too which usually takes me longer personally to see any differences. These Portuguese thighs... what can I say 😜🤣 I am LOVING the meal plan and enjoyed some wine yesterday with no guilt! It was program approved and ENCOURAGED. This is MY KINDA PROGRAM.

Happy Monday! At one point, this @thebebrand headband looked super cute on. But my arms are too dead to fix it now. After a long weekend being out of state, on a bus majority of the time, and being completely out of routine, this morning felt amazing. I’m looking forward to week 2 of LIIFT4 and dialing back into my nutrition! Who else thrives off of and craves structure and routine? 🙋🏻♀️
