Oh man, am I really the only one who has to struggle to stay on track when feeling sick? I find it especially difficult when I can't work out 😖
Time to start the day with a cup of tea and hope today ends better than the last three days 😐
Lacking breakfast posts at the moment so here’s part 2 of breakfast from yesterday🤔
This morning I had overnight blueberry and PB oats while waiting in the airport 💤
Heading back to Exe shortly, and got some more busy days ahead of me!😅
I’m feeling so rubbish and lazy at the moment. Having had my knee problem flare up again, I’m not running. And I’ve had no chance/way to get to the gym😢... so I’m looking foward to getting back into a routine in a few weeks!

☼ Protein is an important component of every cell in our body. We use protein for muscle restoration & building, the creation of body enzymes and as a building block of bones, muscles and skin. 💛
If you have any questions about how much protein you should be getting per day or what a healthy amount is - shoot me a message 😘☀️💖🌿🌈🌻
It’s all about timing in this life.
Countless coincidences aligning to create both immense opportunity and deep disappointment, sometimes simultaneously.
How many times have we had the right thing, simply at the wrong time?
I’m terrified of the comprimise.
Knowing when to push, when to pull and when to do nothing at all.
Understanding that even the smallest of gestures, at the wrong moment, can have the most extreme and radical consequences on our lives.
And an awareness that for each moment to exist as it does, an entire spectrum of other unique occurances need to collide in perfect harmony.
This reality is simply a compilation of projected impossibilities combining to create the present.
It’s in this actuality that we exist, not a second before or a moment after.
So forget the resentment, the embarrassment, the regret.
Forget the stress, the concern, the worry.
Breathe and admire this life, this breath, for the miracle it is.
These salted dark chocolate cookie butter cups are the easiest holiday treat you’ll find, and is not necessary to use the oven.
# dark chocolate chopped 🍫
# semi sweet chocolate chopped
# 1 tablespoon coconut oil
# Peanut Butter🥜
# Sea salt to sprinkle ( if wanted)
1-Combine the dark chocolate, semi sweet chocolate and coconut oil in a small pan and heat over low heat, stirring frequently until melted and smooth.
2-Line a mini muffin tray with liners.
3-Spoon roughly 1 teaspoon of melted chocolate into the bottom of each liner, tilting the pan to completely coat the bottoms.
4-Freeze for 5 minutes.
5-Spoon 1 teaspoon of peanut butter on top of the hardened chocolate.
6-Spoon additional melted chocolate over the Peanut butter till cover completely.
7-Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until completely hardened.
Ps. Since was a treat 🤤 i did mine with 2 different chocolates, the bottom layer i did with 70% dark chocolate with salted caramel, and the other i use milk chocolate( because is my favorite 😬) . You can choose to go more ‘healthy’ and use 80% dark chocolate in both layers and a organic peanut butter or almond butter for example.
