#TransformationTuesday : I started my fitness journey at 50lbs. overweight. I started slowly, using Brenda Dygraf's The Air Climber Stepper. Then I moved on to Shaun T's T25, then Shaun T's Insanity Max 30 and Les Mills Combat. It took me 51 weeks to lose the 50 lbs. Though I enjoyed Beach Body's fitness programs, I needed a change, and that's when I found My Peak Challenge. I am so in love with this program, as you may have noticed. It's week 24 of the challenge and I am so pleased with my results. I started MPC at 154 lbs. I've lost 12 inches (much of that from the chest and hips) and 13 lbs. M6W4D4, D5 and Arm Challenge D19-21 complete. Best time for 500 meter row achieved: 1:50. Woohoo! Bring on month 7! Filmed a few extra pull ups after D5 to see if I had anything left. Lol! I did!
