Who’s got two thumbs and found out muscles can get sore DURING the workout? THIS GUY. 👈👈 anyone else ever feel that? Experimented with a more narrow stance, and feet slightly turned out. Result: my adductors felt like I had done a workout 2 days prior after the third set. Felt like I could get much better depth, smoothness, and no hip discomfort.

I’ve officially completed the 30 days of 100 squats!! I only missed a couple of days due to knee pain and I am incredibly proud of myself! I traveled, was tired and at times unmotivated but I pushed through and knocked them out!
