First off I know I have done a lot of over sharing on this topic, but this is it! It’s done! I will never sign anything as ‘nursing student’ again! To say that the feeling is surreal is an understatement! The last 2 years are just done. My life is going to be mine again and I can’t wait! 1 exam left and I can call myself a Registered Nurse!
On a side note, anyone out there wanna help me get my health back on track?
[ PEACE ]~Your life becomes a masterpiece, when you learn to master peace~ Day 2- #AwesomenessIn5
My choice- #pinchamayurasana *
My intention was to post titthibasana or firefly pose today. I practiced the pose this morning but things just weren't clicking. My energy was off, so my focus was off. My mind and body disconnected. So I let the pose go and rested this afternoon which is hard for me to do because I like movement. But calm is what was needed. The stillness brought peace which helped me find myself (happily) in this pose this evening. A pose that I've had my eye on to master. Peace is such a beautiful thing. *
Sidenote- I did try to revisit firefly pose this evening but my muscles were tired from the morning practice, so I changed the direction of my intention to pincha instead. Sometimes you just have to let things go....
The mind, body, and soul have such a powerful connection. Settle the soul, clear the mind, and the body of life becomes a masterpiece. Wishing you love & light on the journey ahead!
Journey on...with peace 🙏✌
Day 1: Standing pose 🌙
Day 2: Arm balance ✌
Day 3: Backbend
Day 4: Seated pose
Day 5: Inversion
"There is nothing impossible to him who will try." -Alexander The Great •
When you where born everything was possible. But as time pasted things became impossible... Ask yourself when did "i" acquire the limiting belief that things are impossible?

Allah SWT says:
"Do you not see that to Allah prostrates whoever is in the heavens and whoever is on the earth and the sun, the moon, the stars, the mountains, the trees, the moving creatures and many of the people?" (QS. Al-Hajj 22: Verse 18)
. * Trees are given special mention as Allah created them as one of the many signs of His existence. The next time you are in a park, take a moment to pause and reflect on the beauty of their stature, the complexity of their lifecycle and the blessings they bestow upon us and other animals...
