Today's bench session. Need to pause longer but 150 went up faster than last time. Dropping my calories to 2000 for the next 2 weeks to lose some fatness I'll be happy if I can maintain a 140kg pause bench. #benchpress#pausebench
Different angle, 5lb double PR and all things considered excited for my bench. Gonna consult my knowledgeable friend @shethar as I tweak up my workout cause bench is still noticeably lagging behind. Still happy with this tho.
Next training cycle will focus on
Fixing leg drive
1) closer grip
2) tighter lats
3) t spine mobility

Bench is finally getting back to somewhat decent. Things felt sore and had a lower back pump from deads and squats but everything moved well.

•farmer’s carry!!!! 30sec was exactly to the end of the turf and back so I went with the 50s. I actually really like these so hopefully it’ll work for grip strength :)
