Made my first vegan #spaghettibolognese for dinner tonight ☺️. Used lentil spaghetti instead of normal spaghetti to boost up the protein intake even more 😁💪. For the sauce I used soy imitation bits and fresh basil 🌿 - yum 😋. What did you peeps have for dinner tonight?

1 Package of any brand chickpea pasta prepared as directed on the package
Original Rotel Tomato’s
Sautéed Chicken —> seasoned with garlic salt and pepper
•sautéed all the veggies in a pain with olive oil for a few minutes, add in the rotel tomatoes and chicken and let it simmer. •Toss in the pasta and mix around
You’re done!! Obviously this makes a really large quantity, so just scoop out your preferred portion size!
