Bit of a pretty rubbish tea tonight in the way of speeds and that I have none!!
Been busy running round town with the kids after the school run and hubby is working late so just wanted a quick fix. Upside being it’s pretty low syn
Pasta n sauce 0.5 syns
1 slice of honey cured chicken 0.5 syns
Had to use 1.5 syns for 100ml of milk to make it with as I used my hea allowance on lunch
Sprinkle of chilli flakes
so 2.5 syns overall.. That totals my syns today to only 3.5 so I’m excited to knock myself up a little treat later
PASTA N SAUCE 🍜 I have to be honest, I’m not a huge fan of ready meals and stuff you just put hot water in. But this was really tasty, had so much flavour and only set me back 2.5 syns! Next time I’m definitely having ham and some sliced cucumber with it 😊
I was so in a rush after weigh-in and gym as I needed to go in a meeting so I ate some at home and packed the rest of my instant lunch, Pasta N Sauce (2.5syns), with added speed (asparagus and baby corn) and semi-skimmed milk (half HEA). I got to eat it at around 3pm already so it served as my snacks too. 😋
Then at school pick-up, they were selling strawberries and marshmallows on stick and my daughter ate the strawberries, but she gave the 2 marshmallows to me counting it 2syns. 😬

All I wanted for dinner was a fat portion of chips SOAKED in curry sauce and two savaloys. However, I’ve so far lost 6lbs and would REALLY like to push that number to possibly 10lbs by next Friday. So, here was tonight’s #slimmingworld friendly meal.

Another sunny day, another barbecue (surrounded by so many tempting and synful foods)☀️🍔 Breakfast was a banana pancake, mullerlight and kiwi. Today’s barbecue feast was a jacket potato with 1 dairylea light triangle, a spoonful of chicken savoury rice (1syn), rocket salad, a spoonful of pasta salad (2syns), piece of lamb and a beef kebab (syns unknown). And, I also had a slimming world burger in a wholemeal roll (HEB) -1syn for ketchup. Tea is a spicy pasta n sauce (0.5 syns). Dessert is a 10cal jelly (0.5 syns) with 2 juicy nectarines. I also ate a pink panther wafer this morning (2 syns).
