On the flip side, exercise can also cause acne prone skin to breakout. When you sweat it opens up your pores allowing bacteria and debris to enter. Rubbing of restrictive clothing and not removing your makeup before hitting the treadmill are also all culprits!
It took me a while to figure out that my breakouts were related to working out! I wasn’t taking care of my skin on a daily basis and I wasn’t removing my makeup before hand either.
Once I started a daily skincare routine, my skin started to improve! Now, my blackheads are nearly all gone, and my skin is clear in just 2 months! I can’t believe the results that I’ve had in such little time!
