2018 has been beyond incredible! Both in music and yoga and when I look back in the calendar I can’t believe all the concerts I have played and all the musician yogis I have met. And this is my job?!!! 📯🙏🏼🎵😃 And the plans for 2019 are so cool and just like a dream - and nothing is official yet so I can’t tell you!😩😅 I keep living the dream, being a musician and get the possibility to play lots of concerts for people, and challenging myself every week and #breathemusic ! And then the #yogaformusicians part that is so much fun to build up and to create from scratch. Thank you for beeing a part of it! Keep breathing deep and enjoy life! Es la postura en ángulo lateral extendido. 
Tradicionalmente, se cree que las posturas parsvakonasana activan el chakra manipura, que es el centro de energía y vitalidad del cuerpo, que transporta confianza, fuerza interna y valor. Se cree que la activación del chakra manipura a través de las variaciones de parsvakonasana disipa el miedo y la inseguridad. 
La manera de ganar seguridad es reconocer tus debilidades, aceptarlas y usarlas a tu favor. Si las escondes y no trabajas para fortalecerlas, cualquiera podrá usarlas en tu contra en cualquier momento.

It will build flexibility in your upper body, arms, and shoulders. It will also quickly tone your hips, butt, and thighs.

Но рано или поздно все станет на свои места и выстроится в единую красивую схему, как кружева ❄️, станет понятно,  зачем все было нужно, потому что все будет правильно🐇🕐 Понимать меня не обязательно. Обязательно любить и кормить вовремя!!! 😊😄🙃 Послание выше - это очередной мой любимый квест :) В чем трудность асаны? Держать переднюю ногу перпендикулярно полу и при этом грудной клеткой наклониться как можно ближе к полу + завести руки за спину и максимально вытянуть их назад.

What is the difficulty of asana? Hold the front leg perpendicular to the floor and at the same time push down the ribcage bend as close as possible to the floor + put your hands behind your back and extend them back to the maximum.

If you can't bind, keep in mind that you need not long arms, but more twist. The more twist, the easier you reach this pose. Step your left leg forward and turn your right foot in to touch the floor. Bring your left hand on your thigh, extend both your right arm and the right side of torso then wrap the outside of your left thigh so that you can interlock both hands on back. If you are wobbly, quickly check the both foot is firmly rooted. Breath slowly and deeply. Repeat this pose on the opposite side.

parsvakonasana position in progress... für mich gibt es keinen schöneren einstieg mehr, als mit #yoga 🧘🏼‍♂️ in die woche zu starten ☺️
meine hüftmobilität ist noch weit weg von dem wo ich sie gerne hätte und doch konnte ich dank @elinamullermeyer best yogacoach schon so einige zwischenziele erreichen und freue mich nebenbei auf die verbesserungen beim #laufen und #radfahren , was mir für den #triathlon zugute kommt.
20 jahre intensiver #kampfsport haben meinen körper schon arg mitgenommen und deshalb gibt es noch so einiges zu tun 😋....
