If there is one thing about university you don’t miss, what is it?
I think mine will be the fact of going to campus expecting to go to class and finding out it’s either blocked or closed by the administration due to fear of protests. If you’ve been following me for a while, you might remember that my second semester of last year was totally crazy, exams kept getting pushed back and I had to cancel a few of my summer trips I had planned. Well, lately, it seems like the same thing is happening again 😬 This kind of movement is something you don’t really see in the United States nor in Spain.
This is a throwback pic from this summer.
Parisian cafes are as much about taking time to observe life as they are about coffee and croissants.Love how Parisians sit facing the street, alongside each other, rather than face to face as the rest of the world do. 🥐☕️ We all want to people watch and that’s what Paris lets us do… legitimately not secretly… People watching is indeed a French sport and a national pastime. To spend more time in cafès is one of my goals for my next visite.
