Q&A at the Palo Alto screening for the San Francisco Jewish Film Festival 🎬 .
I had an incredible time at SFJFF with my film, "Jerusalem, if I forget you." I loved seeing many great films and meeting great filmmakers. Thank you to Jewish Film Institute for giving me this opportunity! 😊👍
She wouldn't hold still so i did the best i could. Tomorrow is the first day of junior high school so she said she wanted something sexy. I told her 11 year olds aren't allowed to be sexy until several more years pass by.
🕉Today I got to enjoy a beautiful #yoga class at this incredible space here in #paloalto 🖤 A big thank you to #anandayoga and to our instructor Suman; she was truly wonderful. I was fortunate enough to be joined by a colleague who had never done yoga in his life and was terrified to go. He quickly realized that he was surrounded by nothing but support and left feeling calm and refreshed. Seriously, if you’re in Palo Alto, go visit them. I’d practice here regularly if I could! 🧘🏻♀️ #yogainspiration#yogajourney#travelyoga#yogananda#namaste#california

There’s a saying to “bend so you don’t break”. I interpret that as not just something to work on physically but also with life. I try to be as flexible as I can, and be open for whatever outcome good or bad. To let go of control and be ok with whatever happens, which ties into going with the flow. If something doesn’t go your way, let it go. Have faith. Trust that amazing things are on its way. 🌊💙 Happy Monday! .
