My lunch today! When you work two jobs you need to stay prepped! Ive been really bad at this so far! When you work so much its easy to eat whatever is fast and easy. A lot of times we will go for sugary or high carb meals for that initial sugar that bumps up our energy, but in the long run it slows you down, makes you tired, sick and cranky. I cut up all the fruit and cooked the chicken for the salad in the beginning of the week so I can just throw everything together in the morning! It works out great but I need more easy @whole30 approved summer recipes! Ingredientes: 
1 colher (sopa) de azeite; 1 colher (sopa) de suco de limão; 1 colher (café) cheia de alho triturado (picado ou amassado); 1 pitada de orégano (quantidade de acordo com seu gosto); 1 pitada de sal (quantidade de acordo com seu gosto); Pimenta (quantidade de acordo com seu gosto).1 pacotinho de 50g de parmesão

Misture todos os ingredientes acima menos o queijo parmesão e espalhe em um recipiente pequeno e de fundo reto. Banhe os palitos de abobrinha nesta mistura, envolvendo todos os lados no tempero. Retire do tempero e passe no queijo parmesão, como se estivesse empanando. Forre uma assadeira com papel alumínio e unte com azeite por cima. Arrume os palitos lado a lado e leve para assar. Como cada forno é de um jeito, o ideal é você ficar de olho, coloque na temperatura média estará pronto quando dourarem. Em média 20 minutos. .

I have been obsessed with adding texture to my salads lately 🌱 Nothing spices up a salad more than a bit of CRUNCH and a CREAMY dressing am I right?! Some of my recent fave salad additions are purple cabbage, cucumber, lettuce, celery, spring onion or red onion and for my dressing I have been loving using tahini or mustard to make it super creamy & delicious 🤤 
Salad Ingredients:
Organic mixed leaves, roasted pumpkin, purple cabbage, spring onion, cooked chicken breast, lemon juice, flaxseed oil, apple cider vinegar & tahini.

I never wanted to wear shorts because my legs have always been my least favorite feature. So I didn’t wear them. For years. But you know what? There’s just something about being in your 40’s. My perspective has changed. And gosh darn it, I’m going to wear shorts. .

I don’t hate my legs any less, but I do love my body more. My body carried 3 children. It’s been sick. It’s been healthy. And it’s all mine ❤️

Korean Ground Turkey & Rice Bowls are so incredibly easy, it is a recipe that literally anyone could make and it is done fast, like dinner on the table in 20 minutes fast. Score!

INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground turkey
2 cups uncooked rice (white or brown)
4 cloves garlic, grated or minced
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
green onion & sesame seeds for garnish
__________________________________
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cook rice according to package directions.
2. In a large skillet, over medium heat brown the ground turkey 8-10 minutes until fully cooked.
3. While turkey is cooking, make the sauce. Add garlic, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, red pepper flakes, and black pepper to a bowl. Mix together.
4. Once turkey is fully cooked add the sauce to the skillet. Cook 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens/absorbs into the turkey.
5. Serve the turkey over the rice.
6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

To make this recipe paleo/whole30 friendly, sub coconut aminos for soy sauce, and sub cauliflower rice for rice.

Arms... my BIGGEST insecurity! When I gain weight it goes straight to my arms first!!! I have cellulite on them and stretch marks!! 6 months ago I hardly wore sleeveless shirts because of how big I felt my arms were!! Loosely inspired by one of my favorite dishes (scallops provencal), I removed the flour, dairy and wine, and played with the flavors by adding more veggies and using ingredients I had on hand. I seared scallops and served them over a mixture of spinach, leeks, garlic, tons of fresh parsley, and bacon, sautéed in ghee and a couple splashes of lemon juice.

I don’t like to admit when someone does something better than me...it doesn’t happen very often. But I will say that my love does know how to cook and maybe, just a tiny little bit...it’s a really close tie!!...but I will admit that he is a better cook then me. When he does cook anyway.  Lol. I am usually the one cooking, because it’s a passion of mine but Monday got to me. I didn’t even feel good enough to go to the gym! So my love made dinner tonight and it was everything I wanted. Marinated chicken breast with broccoli and Brussel sprouts over jasmine rice.  Mmmmm. Thank you. @sircumfrence ❤️.

Ingredients
2 Frozen Bananas 
1 Tbsp Cacao Powder
1 Scoop @arbonne Chocolate Protein Powder
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
3 Medjool Dates
1/2 Cup Milk ( I used almond)
Handful of Ice

Blend all ingredients until consistency is thick and creamy.

Topped with: bananas, buckinis, chia seeds , @loving_earth chocolate buckini clusters, cacao nibs, banana and melted peanut butter.

Vamos a receita da barrinha?
1/2 xíc de amêndoas 
1/2 xíc de amendoim
1/4 xíc de castanha do Pará 
1/4 xíc de castanha de caju
1 cs de semente de chia
1 cs de semente de linhaça 
1/4 xíc de néctar de coco 
Preparo
Processe 1/4 de amêndoas e 1/4 de amendoim até ficar ao ponto de farinha. O restante das oleaginosas processe só até deixár quebradas, leve ao forno as quebradas para tostar ou em frigideira mesmo (é opcional tostar, mas dá um sabor diferenciado), misture as farinhas com as quebradas e as sementes e o néctar até obter uma massa que não se solta (talvez precise acrescentar mais um pouquinho de néctar, observe), espalhe em um refratario untado com óleo de coco, deixe em geladeira por no mínimo 6 horas, divida em fatias e espalhe por cima de cada pedaço o chocolate 70% derretido! Pronto!!
Ps.: mantenha em geladeira, não estamos usando conservantes ou açúcar.

Leftovers! I am just not in the mood to cook so leftovers it is. Heated up some frozen string beans, broccoli and my cauliflower rice/coconut mixture and added a couple pats of ghee. No protein source only because I was starving and didnt feel like cooking! You can never go wrong with a plate of vegetables!
