The past is a story we tell ourselves. It changes constantly. The thoughts of my experiences and the people I shared them with are ever changing. One moment I thought her eyes were full of love, the next I think it was only my heart that was full. I sculpt my memories, thoughts, and dreams into a big grand sphere. This sphere weighs heavy on my shoulders. I withered under its monumental weight. I grew weaker as it grew bigger. But I had a thought recently that my illusions of the past are just that, illusions. No more real then what i dream at night or the thoughts I have when I let my imagination run wild. Once I had this thought the weight of this amalgamation of memories and feelings felt a little lighter. A little more manageable. I could feel my body again. I felt a truer sense of what I am. .
So I have decided that from now on i’m actually going to try to make my posts look aesthetically pleasing, because the previous ones were evidently not LOL. My inspiration? @tasnimz_artz 😭. Anyway here’s a quick doodle of Rachel and Ross!!
Title ' The blurred travelling goat' .
The point is not that what happens depends on whether i/we have a blurred vision of it or not. What happens to the goats cold body when it enters the warm river and it's molecules does not depend on how i/we view it. It just happens, regardless.
The point is that the description in terms of heat, the passage of heat is a blurred vision of what happens, and that it is only in this blurred vision that a startling difference between past and future appears.
If I observe the microscopic state of things then the difference between past and future vanishes.
We as a species give value to time, not nature.
Heat cannot past from a cold body to a hot one. It is this the only basic law of physics that distinguishes the past from the future yet we as a species have introduced this law to offer evaluation, our conclusions come from a state of observation in a moment A to B. Yet the blurred moments of before and after A and B still exists...as not past, present or future but just the Now exists always. ■#contemporaryart#fineart#sculpture#art#goat#gold#painter#drawing#sketch#sketchbook#instagramart#photo#streetart#graffiti#modernist#work#time#past#future#molescules#observation#oilpainting ■ ♤◇♧♡
