Saturday afternoon book time, with Hana! #outsidedog 🤫 I’m currently reading Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine by Gail Honeyman, and it’s so good! Kind of sad, but also very funny, and I currently have no idea how it’s going to end! I have heard it’s being made into a movie, but won’t let myself google it as I don’t want any outside images to interfere with my own. #readmorebooks 📖 📚 📚 #gailhoneyman#eleanoroliphantiscompletelyfine
I am in awe at the overwhelming amount of love that’s been shown for Jazz.
All her life, she’s had a way of cracking people—of allowing them to open up and be the best version of themselves.
And for so long, it was hard enough to express that talent with words.
But even more so, in pictures. Because hey, an iPhone can only do so much.
So when @michellepearl reached out after news of Jazz’s lymphoma surfaced, I jumped at the opportunity to have her photograph us, together, in our favorite place on the planet.
This is just a small collection of the photos she took and has been such a source of joy and reflection in the past couple days.
I could not be more thankful for this amazing gift
Squeeze your pets extra tight today.
For the time being, I’m going to step away from my IG account and process the overwhelming grief and sadness I’m feeling.
Thank you so much for all of the messages, texts, calls, emails, and love.
And holy cow, thank you so much to my amazing mom for everything.
It’s not every day someone will drop everything and jump on a plane to get across the country to help you stand back up again.
I’ll never be able to articulate how grateful I am for her or for all of you guys.
Thank you, so so much. ❤️
