Rules are made for a reason, to keep standardisation, however, they can change. Playing it safe won't get you where you want to be! Challenge your thinking. Why is it that way? Why must we always do that? Let your dreams become goals & plans then execute to precision and success! 💫
It is my FAVORITE time of the year! Christmas shopping, cold weather, extra coffee, and deciding what I want next year to look like.
Yep, you read that right. I get to decide...and I choose to let God help me figure it out! I’ve been praying about what I want 2019 to look like and I am so excited for all the things it has in store!
Stay tuned for some exciting news that may help you kick off to a great start in January!
“You can choose your friends but not your family” has been said countless times. Do you have people in your life that drag you down, negatively impact your mood, always play the victim, or just bring drama into your life? Instead find and cherish those that make you feel better after a rubbish day, bring calm to the chaos of life, challenge your thinking in a positive way. Find them and keep them! Tag your team 👊
If you keep playing it safe and being average, why should your results be any better? Be confident in your plan and take time to think of how you can go bigger!! Then ruthlessly implement and enjoy the journey…🧠⠀
It’s Monday! Today can be the hardest day to wake up and get to work or it can be the most productive. Your choice.
Colossians 3:23-24 says “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters...it is the Lord Christ you are serving.”
I’m totally guilty of working for my boss and not unto God. And let me tell you, working for my boss is when the stress comes in. When I do work with an attitude of doing it unto God, my day is filled with peace and I get SO MUCH done!
It's not the fault of your colleagues, your boss, the company, the environment, the strategy, your family or friends, there are no ‘if only’ moments, its all on you. If you want the success then you need to own THE NOW. Work with what you have with a positive attitude and go outshine the rest. Own this Monday, and the week is yours 💥 Tag a friend who needs to see this.
Take control. Stop blaming everyone else for what’s wrong with YOUR life. Take ownership of mistakes. Realize YOU control YOUR life. Make this simple adjustment and everything else will fall into place! @bde_mentality
Whether you’re working late in the office, or hitting the gym hard, or running the house to military precision, your recovery to go again is key. To keep going day after day takes many attributes, but time after time SLEEP is one of the key elements missing. Prioritise your sleep routine! Tag a friend who needs to sleep more 😴

I was watching a youtube Q&A video and someone asked the question...”How do you make time for God with your busy life?”
The girl went on for a good 5 minutes about how she has to remind herself that she feels better, acts better, and is all around better when she makes time for Him. She said she understands it is difficult especially during busy seasons but it’s a must.
You guys...we have it SO wrong. If we say we keep Him first (Exodus 20:3) and seek Him first (Matthew 6:33), we wouldn’t be making time in our busy schedules for Him. I don’t know who taught you your numbers, but first is #1 . First is not second. First is not when we have a few extra minutes to spare. First is first.
If we truly put God first, we would be making time for the rest of our schedule. Our schedules wouldn’t be more important than spending time praying and getting deep into the Word. Our schedules wouldn’t keep us from church and assembling together (Hebrews 10:25). Step back and look at your life. I’m doing the same.
Based on the time, money, and effort we put into things- we’ll find out what is actually first in our lives. Let’s not fool ourselves.
