Still pinching myself. This all feels so surreal. Not only did I get to do an absolute dream shoot for an amazing and caring company @athleta, I also got to meet so many talented and incredible people along the way. I love how committed Athleta is to showcasing real women, and I have to say, I must have met some of the realest of them all @running_bum_ @meliseymo 🙌
Between adulting and spending nearly all my free time participating in a male dominated sport (as most sports are), I rarely get much girl time anymore. As you get older, graduate from school, and get into a routine, it sometimes feels pretty hard to find opportunities to meet new people and make new friends in real life (outside of social media). And it’s even more rare to meet women in sports other than my own. So it was a true gift to be able to spend three days of quality girl time with other rad women who are going hard in the outdoors, following their passions, and who value pushing their physical and mental limits as much as I do. Thank you @athleta for picking such a great lineup. Truly.
Also, big shoutout to @greg_mionske for these incredible shots 🙌
My youngest sister @leah.ott: also known as Leah-loo, Baba, or little Lay.
This week was family time in the Yukon. We travelled to Alaska, flew into a gorgeous restaurant resort with a personal chef in a float plane, saw Grizzly Bears, soaked in hot springs, and spent quality family time.
Big thanks to my parents for being the best hosts ❤️
People always ask what travel has taught me. I’m pretty sure they are looking for something about the power of travel to bring us together. That through travel we discover truth; about the world, about others, and about ourselves - a proof of the promise that humankind is far more beautiful than it is kind. They want to hear that travel is a journey into yourself, after which you will never be the same. And that’s all true. But I think the far more important thing I’ve learned is to appreciate where I am. Especially when I feel like I’m nowhere at all. Because like travel, life is impermanent. And at the end of the day I don’t miss the places I’ve never seen, or the things I’ve never experienced. I miss the slow moments. The details. @visitsouthtyrol #southtyrol
Watchin' the sunrise at Bell's Rapids. We like your style @wendys__world 😍 Bell's Rapids is a popular spot for hiking, picnics, strolls with the fur friends and other activities. It's one of those places you could go over and over, and still experience something new! ✨

I (Dana) would like to sincerely thank all of my awesome customers for their continued support! I would also like to take this time to thank my family and friends for all of your help and support.... I couldn't have done it without you. The rebranding is outstanding.... from the new logo to the expanded product line! Thank you everyone!
I still remember the first time I tried to use bi-fins. It was during our island hopping trip to Guintarcan Island. It was nice and I had fun. I tried to duck dive and practice with it, but I just couldn’t do it. Until, I had my free diving intro class in Moalboal. It was one of the unexpected things I got myself into. I’m glad I tried it.
I’m pretty sure that a lot of girls have a memorable experience during their first snorkeling, diving or free diving. Link in my bio to read their stories!
