@mmellow.yellow has these qualities in spades, he nailed the high to low bar lache and a week or so later has the low to high bar down! .
On these bars at #observatoryhill there's one more low to high (very high) progression to get, @maximum_potential_calisthenics can also teach a 180 and 360 lache.. And that's just one move! .

Hyperbolic Time Chamber Chronicles:Last Set shown. Also noted my son pulled the sled today with 150lbs for 6 total laps (we kept it light so no unnecessary stress but that's really light for "Him") 455 on Pause Banded Deadlifts typically at Mid Shin (This variation is so damn brutal and feels so damn good) after 425 in the same fashion. I stretched the bands to the max today to make this session hell on Earth. Before were 3 simple sets of Stiff Leg Deadlifts with 335 for a few. Worked up to 645/+ Bands after 605 for a M.E Single but I came into this session after two days of mentally prepping for 660. More Sleep+Food needed but thankful we are. No matter how ugly 660 looks once the task is complete I can take a step back and be it another 3 weeks or 5 weeks and hammer the pure shit out of what needs to be addressed. Come back better for 675/+ Bands. Not shown were 140lb Dumbell rows replicating my Dumbell bench form for volume work stopping the Dumbell a half a inch before the ground really feeling it on a theraputic level. No games around here. 675/+ Bands then down to Red mini band work. All in due time we await and train in the shadows. You think you know the dark...you simply inherited the dark.
