A little team building fun... perfect warm up or finisher for your #groupworkout / #groupfitness !
Split your group into smaller groups of even numbers. Mark out a distance they have to travel where they have to work from one side across to the other and then back again. First team back to the start wins! Team members must #squathold while one person in the group completes 5 squat jumps and then moves around to the end of the line.

Here’s a little ab/arm/shoulder circuit that burns like hell 💪🏾🔥
First exercise for 15 reps, second 8 reps in each direction, and finish with the third for 30 seconds 😅. All back to back with 0 rest, rest one minute at the end. 4 times through!
